Sharooby 🌹🇪🇺🌍 (@Lovemebird) reported from Ilkeston, England@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice
-
John Blood (@bloody56) reported from Clifton, England@bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

-
Ash Stanley (@Ashur_Stanley) reported from Sandiacre, England@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom
-
Sharooby 🌹🇪🇺🌍 (@Lovemebird) reported from Ilkeston, England@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.
-
🌱💙Helen (@BrambleMum) reported from Matlock, England@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. -

John Blood (@bloody56) reported from Clifton, England@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

-
Vicky Johnson (@VicJohnson04) reported@skytv £39.95 (installation fee!) to send out a new sky box when I’m already a very loyal customer. Daylight bloody robbery @bt_uk I think you’ve e got yourself a new customer
-
Darren Mumby (@mumby83) reported@bt_uk what on earth is going on with account. I can’t sign in anywhere
-
Broden 🇬🇧♿✝️ (@Gavtaraysin) reported@bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?
-
Technicslover (@technicslover) reported@bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.
-
bazzer (@thematrixzion) reportedThe @bt_uk app is a load of crap it updates you can’t use it even to turn my kids Wi-Fi back on
