@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

@bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

Why can't @btsport just tell us exactly what has happened and tell the truth about it. Liverpool fans without tickets have broken into the ground. They have jumped barriers and pushed past security. Behaving like animals. But, it won't be their fault.
