    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Your terrible customer service is a large part of why I decided to change - this episode confirms it. I have at least 2 other accounts still with yourselves elsewhere but it will be my priority to end all those services and never use you again.

    @bt_uk We spent 2 hours on telephone (mobile, our cost) with BT yesterday. They claimed to have created a new order. However, before actually confirming anything, they put the phone down. So do whatever you need to do to get us our order up and running for work on Monday.

    After agreeing to switch to @bt_uk 6 weeks ago, BT have completely cocked up and have no left me and my business with no broadband at all! Can't get anywhere with bt customer service, they cut me off despite me wading through their telephone assault course. #bt_uk

    @bt_uk Let me ask this - do you often connect your new customers' broadband service, barely 30 minutes into the day (night) of the first day of service? Don't tell me you do, because that would be a damned lie. Years of custom, and this is how you treat your customers?
