@drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

@bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

@BTGroup @bt_uk No help needed but please don't offer me a 'deal' that is nearly double my current cost. It's almost as if you think your customers are stupid.

@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

Edward J Plum
(@Eddie_Plum) reported
@bt_uk Thanks for the reply, but it's been a Northern Ireland address for months. Potentially since the service was connected, judging by the Irish ads and bizarre map directions. Also, shouldn't I get a geographically correct IP regardless of how they're allocated?

@bt_uk - my installation date being pushed back and these continual mistakes on BT’s part, I’d like to discuss a bill discount moving forward. It’s pretty poor service from what I’ve come to expect from the company, after my years of being with you.

@bt_uk Openreach said we need to contact BT as our contract is with you being our communication provider and they’re the network provider so you need to contact them. Shall I DM you address?

-
Edward J Plum
(@Eddie_Plum) reported
@bt_uk Sorry, but that's untrue. Websites and apps think I'm in Northern Ireland, so I get adverts for "local" services in Belfast which aren't relevant and when I want to find my nearest retailer, it's an Irish one and the one down the road is 200 miles away. It's bad service.

@bt_uk so my broadband went down at 14.46 and my modem is flashing purple. When I go online to the service checker it says there is a problem in my area. So why when I check the service checker on the my bt app does it say there are no problems.
