Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
