I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

As per @bt_uk if you search for a mobile deal, then you have a hard search on your credit history and this will reduce your overall score. Be aware of this process, if you want your credit scores to be ruined, such a stupid process. I cant use @UswitchUK @Gocompare such a shame.

@TomDGreen @btsport She was awful. I can live with whether she was/wasn’t biased. But the art of punditry is to know when to say something and when to shut up. She didn’t stop speaking all the way through the game. After every comment by Ian Darke and in every silence. Just waffle and nonsense
