    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    @bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

    @bt_uk Guys, just a warning that your website is misleading customers. Advertising Fibre2 at 70-73mb but apparently when running a line check (not an option during the online onboarding) then only a 7mb service is available. In london. In 2022. #broadband #misselling #ofcom

    @bt_uk has never experienced such inadequacies from a provider. Two weeks without broadband, insufficient service for support paid for, no communication regarding issues, endless hours on the phone to customer service, products delivered to incorrect addresses. Don’t recommend.

    @bt_uk warning to everyone. BT can disconnect your broadband for no reason. 24 hrs now. 3 1/2 on the phone and 5th advisor tonight. Blind transfer everytime. Disgraceful service

    is going to be saving about £10 a month on my Broadband by switching from Sky to @BT_UK (same package) & thanks to that switch i'll also be saving about £4 on my @EE mobile phone bill as well. A massive thanks to the #EE customer service person who sorted it out for me earlier.

    @bt_uk Your service is the very definition of broadband nightmares, we went 62 days with total loss of service before we finally cancelled our contract. Knock on the door today saying our service should be up and running (71 days later).

    @bt_uk I was misled @bt_uk, either by the incompetence of your sales person, or they deliberately lied to me. Now I have to waste hours on the phone explaining several times over why I want to cancel the contract that was miss-sold to me.
