    @mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

    @bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!

    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

    @bt_uk my elderly father’s landline is out of order. He lives alone, is poorly and unable to leave his home. He managed to get an emergency call through on his mobile to the police to tell us

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

    @bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

    If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

    @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

    @bt_uk Well the planet is in trouble then. You severed my line and promised daily refunds within 30 days. That was 18 Oct. Today 30 Nov. Can't even do the simple stuff.

    @bt_uk The person I spoke with didn’t give me the option even though I asked to speak with a manager. They said they would submit a complaint. I said we need the internet online yesterday. It doesn’t seem fair as this was an error on the Bt side

    @bt_uk I've been paying for a service for the last 2 years that I have not been receiving or subscribed too ! And now I have no WiFi connection for the last 48 hours loss of earnings paid over £600 more then I should of over 2 years and told I'd be refunded months ago ! WOW!
