    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk It appears that the issue is using a VPN. I was able to use my VPN without any issues up till yesterday now anything to do with a BT Web site or email won't work. Any reason why.

    @bt_uk It is a problem in my perspective :) It has been 10 days since your engineer supposed to install my wifi, and it has been 24 days since I completed my order. So it is a big problem. I already started regretting my decision. Wish you the same Alannah :)

    Guess the experience #CX I had when I cancelled my @bt_uk this week? Yes, an awful one🤬 One thinks he's going to be ok because contract ends in 10 days But one is always surprised by small-print-terms + hidden charges Dare challenge it, and you get threaten with more charges
