    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk do you do any 12 month broadband deals? I am moving to a property for 12 month only. You are one of the main providers but I’ll only require the service for a year before I relocate.

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    @BTCare After ordering a home move almost 1 month ago I have no internet? Engineer didnt turn up, engineer turns up & no hub sent, temp hub sent to wrong property, over 6 hours worth of phone calls and still no luck? Trying to WFH& home school a 4 year old!! Disgusting service

    @GardnerWoods @MarkColes01 @bt_uk Totally. I wrote to them and recorded it and still never got an answer. Left and went to utility warehouse. Omg they are brilliant and products are superb. All I got from zbT was the threat of debt collectors if I did not settle contract

    @bt_uk when I contact you a month in advance to cancel my TV add on that is coming to the end of its contract & I'm assured it's been cancelled & that I won't be charged the following month, I expect that to be the case!!! Good thing I checked the bill as soon as I got an email🤬

    @bt_uk @BTGroup !!! Just had a van pull up outside our house. I asked him what he's doing and apparently they're replacing the telegraph pole and phone/internet will be down for 2hrs!!!! Why did BT NOT LET US KNOW!!!!!
