  • craftyandcute
Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, England

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

  • ChelseaRebecca8
Chelsea Nicholson (@ChelseaRebecca8) reported from Brimington, England

@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

  • MartinK1ng
Martin King (@MartinK1ng) reported from Derbyshire, England

I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

.@OpenreachHelp #meagain Why having said my brother would be back in service after 22 days on Saturday, is his new date 6/1/22.. his son broke his leg and 999 couldn’t contact him… no 3G where he lives. Stop fighting with @bt_uk and sort it out b4 Xmas 🤬🤬

  • peteclase
    Peter George (@peteclase) reported

@LeeJarvis10 Agree. BTSport have Steve McManaman on co-comms, who sounds like the annoying pissed bloke down the pub who thinks he's an expert because he once had trials for a 4th division club at U13s. If that's the standard, then give me two women commentators every time.

  • scott_eddowes
    Scott Eddowes (@scott_eddowes) reported

@bt_uk I was told I would be connected on Dec 23rd, only to receive a text today with the quote "great news" that my installation date is now Jan 10th next year! Phoned up and couldn't even register a complaint as the systems were down. No internet over the Xmad holidays, thanks BT. 👍
