Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

Phoned up and couldn't even register a complaint as the systems were down. No internet over the Xmad holidays, thanks BT. 👍
