    @mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    @bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    @bt_uk I’m so disappointed that I switched broadband providers to BTopenworld 4 weeks ago and despite multiple calls/hours and promises you still can’t fix a computer fault that is capping my speed incorrectly!

    If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

    @bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

    @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

    @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

    @bt_uk my elderly parents had an engineer come round to fit a new router, he wasn't wearing a mask and had no ID. He also didn't fit the computer to the new router via an ethernet cable or explain how to my 73 yr old father how do it. Could I make an official complaint please?

    How to tell it's getting close to Christmas.. the scam/phising phone calls increase. So far had the @AmazonUK one twice saying they were from Prime. And the @bt_uk one saying they were from Broadband Tech support. Please.. the phone says international and a UK number...FAKE!

    @bt_uk Same issue here every time I ring, at least 45 mins to get through. I’ve only been waiting since January to get a phone/broadband line installed so what’s the rush! @bt_uk & @WeAreOpenreach are without a doubt the worst companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with, good job!
