    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk @Tweharrison An ISP who doesn’t know when a connection goes down? Sorry James, it’s not your fault. But wow, that’s terrible. (I used to run an ISP and we would contact customers about trouble before they lost connection).

    @bt_uk I have noticed that the cable into my home has some minor damage to it. This is from the junction box on our wall join to pole, down into our house exposing the bare wire inside. Who do I speak to for a repair on this please? Thanks!

    Had two calls from the @bt_uk Technical Department today. First caller said that BT is responsible for the security of all Internet Service Providers, including @TrooliFibre and @LightningFibre. I told the second caller to speak to his colleague and sort it out between them.

    @bt_uk mobile may be the worst network I’ve ever experienced. Poor app/website and an absolutely scandalous charge system for when you run out of data! 100% won’t be using again.
