@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

@bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

@bt_uk Kevin, 2nd March came to install, found obstruction, needed a follow up survey. Nothing further. Obstruction now gone. Still nothing. BT keep chasing Openreach. Still nothing. Just me and BT customer services having regular conversations that end with a promise to escalate.

@bt_uk I have contacted plusnet and I know the problem is at their end. I’ve seen complaints regarding this going back as far as 8th April and nobody seems to have any idea when it will be sorted. Shocking they are still taking on new customers when they know they are unable to “port”!

@bt_uk no internet or broadband connection. My partner was the person who was responsible for this account but passed away last month. Not sure if we have an issue with direct debit payment as the bank account is frozen until estate is sorted out but I would make payment asap

@bt_uk due to renew my contract with you. I see new customers get broadband deals at £17-£28. I've been a customer since 2015. My new offer for broadband starts at £67. If that's for customer loyalty, there maybe customer walkies!

@bt_uk It’s a shame the BT Login does not work within McAfee VPN as that provides better information security. If there is no option to make this work then I will have to turn off VPN when accessing BT. Thanks for taking a look.
