    @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @bt_uk shocking service BT been trying to resolve an ongoing WiFi issue (3 years now).... only to be cut off after another 1.5 hours on the phone

    If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

    @bt_uk I've just been told I have a digital line now not a normal phone number (would have been helpful to tell me!) So they said plug it into the hub and it'll work but it says out of range and doesn't work...advice please 🙄 🧐

    Yo @bt_uk your Open Reach engineer left a load of damage to my house installing a new router and modem. I can see daylight through the wall 😩Every time we call to get this resolved you do nothing. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

    @YeshuaFoxtrot @bt_uk I've had issues with my internet capping at similar speed to yours. Already had one engineer out but the problem has literally got worse. One expects better from a tier one company like BT.

    @bt_uk First home tech engineer visit =usual response all seem fine in house but can see my line is rubbish. Handed the problem over to @BTSopenreach lets see if the next visit Tuesday does better than last month's and they actually fix the issue.

    @bt_uk Hi, I did have one of the 4K UHD box’s last year… I since had a new TV PRO BOX (which was brilliant) until a blip which stopped working recently, since then I was sent a re-conditioned replacement (which broke down within a week) I’ve now had a 4K UHD sent? Regards
