@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

Done the whole like test which said there wasn't a problem in the area (even tho there is) and that I have an issue outside that an engineer will fix on Thursday at the latest but they will confirm in the next 24 hours exactly when it will be.

@BTCare Fiasco of switching broadband provider to BT I find that my current provider has cut me off. BT gave the wrong date! Call with BT for 30m this morning, told my problem, waited for fibre team -got thru -they hung up Whats going on -I have no internet 😡

@bt_uk and now we’ve had the ‘well, it’s Sunday’ call. So somehow I’m being unreasonable by asking BT to sort a problem they said would be fixed yesterday because now it’s Sunday. Again, I need to be patient. Naughty me, expecting broadband from a broadband provider.

@bt_uk How can you literally lie like this when people like my family pay full price for your service and get less than 1mb/s connection speed. People have to work from home with your appalling service you should be ashamed of yourselves. The audacity to even claim you're good.
