    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. Iโ€™m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my โ€˜stay fastโ€™ guarantee too

    @bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    My @bt_uk contract is up soon and the best *offer* they can do is offer me a ยฃ14 a month increase for literally no benefit in service for me? Maybe time to look for a new broadband provider โ€ฆ.

    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.
