@bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk - AND so it continues. The connection was set up for tomorrow (Friday). Just received an email saying it’s been cancelled for the FIFTH time. A BT unbreakable contract for an unusable service! Surely this is mis- selling at best and fraudulent at worst!! Ombudsman??

@SaraLlanover @RealWilde @bt_uk I'd be overjoyed with 3.15Mbps. Best we get in my corner of Monmouthshire is 1.5Mbps. Also no mobile signal but we too have lots of Openreach vans around at the moment putting up new fibre cable and connectors. They've not connected anyone yet or told us if we will be connected

@skytv Can you please sort out SkyGo on laptops. 4hrs and I’m still trying to install and uninstall this shameless excuse for a service. take a leaf out of @btsport book and generate a separate app on firestick and sort out laptop issues. Give up on sky glass till you sort this.
