    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk Yep that's the app test that says 17mb, no problems anywhere with anything (is basically a GIF) When Google, Ookla and others say under 1mb. I've grown tired of the customer service, you're nice n all but it's a façade

    @bt_uk Yes we have tried all sorts. The problem is with the length of the line, and how old the line is. I am a contractor who works on the BT Openreach network, so do have an idea of what common issues are. He is on the Gt Ryburgh exchange in Norfolk, the nearest cab is 7 miles away!

    @bt_uk Now 2 days before I receive a text from openreach telling me that my installation will not be happening on 20th as promised - no internet since 15 Dec as BT mucked up and now no end in sight ...... BT this is unacceptable 🤯HELP PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME!!!

    @bt_uk kids can't do their school work because broadband has been down on and off all weekend and now today it's off again. Told on sat the problem would be fixed within 24 hours.

    @BTCare So 2 days before, I receive a text from openreach telling me that my installation will not be happening on Wed as promised - NO INTERNET SINCE 15 DEC as BT admitted they mucked up and now no end in sight. I find this unacceptable. HELP PLEASE CALL ME

    @bt_uk Day one in to a broadband policy with #BT and they have taken over my line but I have no hardware and they cannot guarantee it will arrive even today!!! That's with 7-8 weeks prior notice. How stupid is the policy of sending the Hub on the day of connection. Great start!!

    @bt_uk Yes everything is connected. Like I said in a previous message, it is intermittent, so may be working at the moment. The problem is the line is so old, it needs updating because his BB speed is ridiculous at 1.5mb, he is being charged full price! He is nearly 70 yrs old!

    @bt_uk Problem still persists with the line. It is terrible, I cannot speak to my father on his landline if is that bad! There are a collection of approximately 4 properties where he lives, all suffering with the same problems!!

    @bt_uk the issues are when I complain about the poor & inconsistent service I get, (barely 1mb download among other things) the reply is always, well our tests say it's fine, even my youview TV thing isn't able to pick up BBC channels, and barely works.....

    @bt_uk hi just got an email that the engineer visit tomorrow to install a new phone line 4 my mum has been cancelled. She's 88 lives on her own and needs this desperately. Can you help sort it ASAP?
