    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @bt_uk I’m so disappointed that I switched broadband providers to BTopenworld 4 weeks ago and despite multiple calls/hours and promises you still can’t fix a computer fault that is capping my speed incorrectly!

    @bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    @bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

    @bt_uk Hi. An 81yr old friend just had a landline call and handed it to me as he is quite deaf and I was visiting. A guy claiming to be from BT said there were problems with router and it sounded fake so I hung up

    Dear @BTCare can you let me know why the smarthub 2 is absolutely terrible? Plug in an ASUS router and everything works wonders. Put the smarthub back on Netflix streaming is terrible again. 900mbps down connection so it should be wonderful but it’s appalling with the smarthub.

    I’ve been in ProAV and broadcast all of my career. It seems very very odd that the sound is so poor, not acceptable for broadcast production in 2022 #btsport #WorldSeniorsDarts

    @bt_uk Hi I was on the phone for a total of 30 mins, I obviously knew about the outage. I'd asked why the hub had changed from amber to purple. I spent 12 of the 39 minutes on hold. To be hung up on. Which is what happened earlier in the week. The BT app still says we r 6 days 2fix

    @bt_uk exactly how long can it possibly take to fix fttp? 2 weeks??? What exactly am I paying for? And no communication at all. What do you expect us all to do without internet? Not much chance of me renewing in April…

    @bt_uk It didn't help though when last Sunday, we received an email saying the fault was fixed, and would we complte a customer satisfaction survey. Not your doing I know. The system does seem broken though.
