    @bt_uk Look😠 I've got a good deal and will stick with it. What I don't want is offering something that is twice what I pay now! We the customer aren't stupid.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @btsport trying to cancel mt BT Sports for 2 days now, phone constantly rings out, no other way of contact , how do I go about cancelling....

    @BTGroup @bt_uk No help needed but please don't offer me a 'deal' that is nearly double my current cost. It's almost as if you think your customers are stupid.

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    @BTGroup @btbusinesscare Thanks but so far we've had naff all help and going through to a help centre where we spend hours on the phone trying to fix a problem you caused with no resolution date or apology doesn't help us.

    Having been a @bt_uk customer for years I always extol their virtues. Once again my mistake today caused problems. First of all Paddy, then Claire customer service brilliant. Thank you. Keep safe.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk You installed my service last week, but I'm yet to receive anything close to even my minimum guaranteed speeds. I've had an engineer attempt to fix it, but only make it worse. Now to top it off, one of your staff has failed to book an engineer that was due to day. Help.

    @bt_uk Internet is not working properly, tried all the trouble shooting stuff but to no avail and I looked up to see if there was a problem in my area but there's nothing showing. Any ideas on why that might be and what to do ?

    @bt_uk Yes please i have to switch wifi off in town and than i can use 4G otherwise signal is blocked and the same when i am back home 4G stops and i need to go back on wifi

    @bt_uk That doesn't work when your staff don't book engineers correctly. I've phoned in twice today, both agents saying the previous person didn't do their job. Do I need to email Philip Jansen to get the exec team to look at this?

    @bt_uk I have a fault with broadband, says I need an engineer when running tests myself online, won’t let me book keeps refreshing saying the tests have expired. Please can you help I can’t get through to a human on the phone!!!!

    So this time, recording @btsport's College Football Final on @virginmedia, it didn't record the first half an hour! BT Sport doesn't allow you to complain via its website, it takes you on a merry-go-round back to where you started. Can you PLEASE fix this guys!

    @bt_uk morning, our internet has been really slow for over 2 weeks. Speed tests averaging 0.5-1 Mbps yet your website says that everything is fine in the area. (B62 postcode) Our neighbours are having the same issues Any help?
