Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

@bt_uk How do I arrange for a check on my tv reception? Think there's an issue with the arial (block of flats owned by housing association who also own the communal arial). The housing association say I need to get you to check it before they consider going up to investigate.

@bt_uk No. I was originally with Sky but after having problems with them refusing to come to my apartment to install a landline after booking an engineer and taking my money for months even though I’ve had no service from them for 2 months I decided to try switch to BT for 4G broadband.

@bt_uk Hi Kevin, I think I have found the problem. When I log into my BT account it pulls information from my mothers old/closed BT account (she used my email to sign up yrs ago) - it looks like there is multiple account numbers under my email address.. not sure how I can change this 😭

Hey @bt_uk . Can you tell me how I can move away. All other providers say they can't take the line as there is a hold. Your staff are saying it's not their problem. There must be something wrong with the other braodband providers systems. ! Coincidence .
