@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

Interesting language being used by both @SkySportsNews and @primevideosport , "we have not been involved" in #SuperLeague. Neither they nor @btsport say "We will not be involved". If they believe in their position they'll say the latter, and it might actually help to prevent it

I have 1Gbs FTTP from @bt_uk, on Friday without any notice BT decided to cut off my logical service - PPPoE error. 5 hours of calls with BT support, two BT engineers that did not show up. It should take 5 mins to resolve not 5 days outage! Physical fibre OK

@SkySportsNews I don’t think they will back down too much at Stake here , a lot of these clubs are constantly over spending and need extra revenue to keep them afloat. UEFA are to blame as are Sky BTsport this might be compromised but for how long
