    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    About to do a late stream after spending hours getting stuff just right for it and the internet cut out. Tried to call @bt_uk to see what the crack is and even their service line is down for maintenance. Just my luck. 😩

    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk I've been with Sky for 4 yrs touch wood no problem. They have recently reduced the amount I pay for Broadband.

    @bt_uk service in #S10 keeps dropping out. Have reset the router now multiple times. Works for 5 min then stops.

    @bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    hey @bt_uk we've had 6 separate calls over past 2 weeks to get our broadband working because one of your engineers cut the wire. every single time they lie that someone's coming next day, and then dont show up. can you somehow fix this? or is the only option to change providers?

    @bt_uk Had to travel by bus last week with spinal issues, assured twice that my BB would be installed beforehand, didn't happen. Had 13 hour days last week, exhausted. BT are utterly incapable. They push you into DM messages so people don't see the truth. Check trustpilot, shocking 1.6.

    @LeeMarkDavies @bt_uk There was. A problem with connecting to the Amazon AWS servers. I wasted over an hour with support rebooting and telling me it was my Ethernet cable. They didn’t even know

    In further updates, I have to credit the @bt_uk team with their support in expediting the final stage of fibre installation. They have been able to improve the final installation date by a massive 3 weeks! #ThankYou #fibre
