    @bt_uk Having issues again right now. Gonna try texting FIX to that number and see if I can run one of these automated tests. Issues always seem to be out of support hours which is basically all of my working hours.

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    My @bt_uk contract is up soon and the best *offer* they can do is offer me a £14 a month increase for literally no benefit in service for me? Maybe time to look for a new broadband provider ….

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk My internet just got cut off and your phone support is only during hours that aren’t my usual waking hours due to a sleep disorder. Can we get this resolved via DM right away to avoid any disability based accessibility issues? I rely on the internet for my work.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Went into the @EE store in Richmond on 7.09.2021 to order broadband, @bt_uk was recommended...order was placed yet I have heard nothing from you. Call today and told no order was placed... great, thank you for the excellent customer service #customerexperience

    @bt_uk Thank you and bless you for the efforts. The problem lies in the fact we got high speed fibre cabled to a remote village with GPO phone lines intended to carry fewer than twenty phone cals at a time, then new houses were added on and no one can replace the Aluminium connector.

    @bt_uk We've had no broadband since moving house on 10th Sep, despite following all the moving instructions and have had a text to say our new service is now available. Tried to use the faults text support but it says it can't find an acc. associated with our landline no.

    @bt_uk The reason given is that as a residential customer we are not a priority (!) and there is a lack of engineers. Apart from that no information forthcoming about the problem. We are Sheffield and had a perfectly good connection with another provider so regretting the move.
