    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    @bt_uk Hi Craig. It solution is to click the new BTID option and complete with an email (making sure your recovery email is not the same). This isn't clear within any FAQs, or during the process. Hope this helps.

    @bt_uk - another really poor experience today…broadband outage so try to use my mini hub but doesn’t work, says no data, 25 mins on the phone to poorly trained staff and still not sorted- think it’s time to change supplier…

    @bt_uk hi. I have full fibre at my current house and I’m under contract with you for another 6 months. I’m moving house later this month to an area which doesn’t have full fibre. Will I still have to pay full fibre price for standard fibre service?
