    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    I was told by numerous @CityFibre employees and supervisors that a @bt_uk engineer would come to rectify the issue which they identified, on Friday afternoon and no one turned up.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    @bt_uk Our Phone Service is BT - Its not a wall socket - I'm not sure what its called, its Free hand - Sky Engineer, who installed Sky - added this line in. This was a Few years ago.

    @bt_uk 5 weeks later and we still don’t have internet in the new house. BT keep cancelling the order. Absolute shambles. On phone for hours, on hold for hours. The worst customer experience ever 😞

    @bt_uk and another day goes by… no internet… no phone line. Cut off by you - your mistake ! No phone call. Oh and another 3 promises that you are “looking into it”. For every promise unfulfilled I will tweet. I am still paying for no service . #disgusting

    @bt_uk Thanks - I did. i checked firewalls, hosts file & other bits on my machine. restarted it- nothing, same issue. Ping worked but only some websites load others looked like no internet. Tried logging into homehub & it didnt load either!! Restart home hub worked. 1/2

    @bt_uk complaint vol013-706744630791. Ongoing complaint about poor service and terrible WiFi signal since April 2022! Now new acute issue no WiFi . As an nhs home working clinician how much more do @bt_uk want to hinder patient care. Past 12 hr no WiFi ! HELP

    @bt_uk Every time there is a power cut in my area the internet goes down for THREE days. Why does it take so long to fix? I work freelance from home and lose money. This has happened 3 times this year!! Rural areas always go to the back of the list!

    Another terrible night's service from @bt_uk buffering during the football..I counted 15 breaks in signal in 4 minutes, making it unwatchable..pay good money for this crap. Can't wait for our contract to be up, as won't be staying with them
