    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @bt_uk Having been a broadband customer for many years, and BT TV since 2018 I am finally fed up with the signal on quite a few channels leaving picture reception to look like AOL dial up. Moving to Sky when my contract up.

    @bt_uk I used to do this by the automated service via the telephone. Bloody sick to death of complicated technology……and the need for all of the crap. Now you have changed everything like every other fool when there is no need for all the complicated changes

    @bt_uk ARE HONESTLY THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER. 3 times we’ve booked them in to repair our internet. 3 times no show. 18 hours spent waiting in for someone to come within their 6 hour time slots. Nothing. Absolute shambles.

    @BT @btsport @NOW Hi BT. My Sky Sports TV channels don't appear to be working via BT TV. I can only access these via my Now TV app. I have restarted both my BT Hub and set top box. All BT Sport channels work fine. What can you do to help please?

    @bt_uk I have. Most every point in my house gives no bars of reception. It's upstairs, right by a window, and still very flaky. Took 90 mins to stream a 60 minute TV show on normal resolution last night as it kept dropping connection.
