    @BTCare We rang to arrange fibre, online price was about 30 quid but as we wasnt a new customer its still 48 to us (shocking) Fibre came on the 12th and since saturday we've had no internet its flashing orange, booked an engineer for this morning that didnt turn up

    @BTCare fourth day running that I’m unable to activate my BT Reward Card with Pure Card. Absolute joke. Emailed, rang, no dice. Really poor service. #CustomerService #rubbish

    @BTCare Thanks. I appreciate your response, just wish someone had told me that two days ago, and exactly what the fault is, so I knew I didn’t have to be in. We’ve been without service since Thursday, and it’s just a very frustrating situation.

    @BTCare Dealing with BT is becoming so boring now. We’re constantly told different things and being messed around so much. I’m now told the problem is outside the property. The way you treat customers is disgusting.

    @bt_uk It's working but it's really crackly, like a radio with bad signal. When playing my Xbox I get kicked offline every time the phone rings as well. This specific problem hasn't happened before, but we have had weeks in the past where the wifi keeps dropping.

    @bt_uk I’m in touch with the resolution team but need you to realise how bad it is. It’s sky sports and bt sports, the power line are not fit for purpose for these channels and I think that should be made clear before buying them!

    @barnsfunbus @btsport @sky Your not wrong had nothing but grief and they continued to take my money long after account was cancelled, @sky will soon be offering btsport as part of they’re package so you won’t have to deal with that awful company at all
