Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk have been asked to return kit but no option to return kit on my account as advised in the email. Also no means of contacting you re this. Please advise as still waiting for a service 9 months after ordering it so not that much inclined to spend too long searching for it

@bt_uk I need urgent help with my 89 yr old grandads landline which has been down since 07/09. Despite several assurances that your engineers are working on it & it would be fixed by 6pm today, hes still without a phone. This is unacceptable and could be dangerous. Please advise.
