Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk The free access to your WiFi network whilst we wait is kaka! We can’t watch TV and use a computer/iPad or phone effectively. The hub switches off every half an hour and we have to take it in turns to use. It’s half term and my children are stuck indoors with no working WiFi.

@bt_uk switched to another supplier after a year of v. poor bb signal. BT reply: we will charge £231 for your unspent contract (expires March 11th) you will lose your unlimited calls (dont have any) called but no abswer. clumsy scare tactics?

@bt_uk quick probably stupid but technical question, if one of your customers has a ADSL2+ connection, will they be able to receive a connection with a router expecting a VDSL connection or not? Troubleshooting a non-BT router.

So, it seems I'm in a pickle with my ISP, @bt_uk . Download: 61.7 Mbps. Uploads 0.35 Mbps. It seems that in fixing a problem I didn't know I had in the first place (can see on fault tracking, but I didn't report it), they might have broken something else. Furthermore,
