    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @robhornby @Ollie_Bayliss @btsport Maybe I’m missing the point but it seems to me like the whole class getting detention for a couple of bad kids. What will this actually achieve? If I do not like what someone has to say or preach on social media I get rid of them. Block the arseholes not punish everyone!

    @frant101 @bt_uk I've now setup a new 2.4ghz wifi SSID on a access point connected to my BT smart hub and it's solved the issue. So I'm even more sure it's the firmware update that caused the issue.

    @AmbushPredator @bt_uk Good to hear you had a positive experience. I have had 14 calls with them and an engineer who came and did absolutely nothing. Clearly for me they have been totally crap!

    @bt_uk Yes I’ve changed channels. The signal can be perfect for an hour then drop to weak signal for the next half hour. I also have a printer which picks it up on an infrequent basis. The new router I got from yourselves should cover the whole house I was told?

    @bt_uk Vodafone offer a similar service to this, so whilst I can't comment on 'first', you certainly are not the only UK ISP that provides this service.

    @bt_uk I have had months of this lack in communication from BT and still the issue hasn’t been rectified - everyone seems to want to pass the book and not communicate. It’s frustrating, When i ask to speak to a manager it seems to be refused or some excuses made!
