    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    @bt_uk It would help if your engineer showed up in the allocated time slot. This is not a hardware problem, it seems like the connection was terminated. Can you please make an effort to fix this properly rather than giving me the runaround

    Jesus how bad are @btsport with names of players, stats and general information. I honestly don't think they have got anything right yet during commentary apart from the correct score in the top left corner. @SkySports 100% better!

    @leoie @bt_uk @VirginMediaIE I spent two hours talking to someone today. Got mad at three and finally got through to a manager who quickly solved the issue. I don’t understand why they let the issue escalate so much before just backing down. Infuriating

I had a similar issue with one company because they didnt have any lines to my building so i went to the other company that did
