Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk I am really getting annoyed with your broadband. We sit in the same room as the hub and we lose signal. We have to have Ethernet cables through the house to work and you want an additional £30 a month for ‘complete’ WiFi.

@bt_uk You COULD help more families by having a slight stab at providing customer service -But let's be realistic. BT have become so big, they are too big for themselves. You're despised by ex-customers and hated by current customers - It's irrelevant though because you just don't care

I and my incredible assistant have been trying to fix internet with @bt_uk for three months they say they'll call - they don't they say they'll show up for repair - they don't they quote speeds - they're wrong BT is about to lose my company's business - more tweets to come
