    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk Appreciate the help but don’t wish to upgrade my account. I am using the 4G on my mobile account which is being used up because of this fault. Just really need BT to fix this problem as soon as possible. Thanks

    @bt_uk And you can’t even fit an aerial which would have been some consolation because ‘computer says no’. Where does common sense and customer satisfaction come into play?

    @bt_uk Yes, we are still without internet- 5 days now. We work from home- was using my phones hotspot till it stopped working today… throttling my service now too??

    @bt_uk Rang up to reduce my package to lowest possible, instead of doing that got signed up to new a two year contract. Then called back to cancel and got told this has been happening a lot. Always a worry when a company openly admits their employees have been deliberately scamming

    @bt_uk Waiting on fibre install , ordered on 9/10/22 Failed engineer visit, palmed off call after call. Latest today I was to get a call between 10 and 12…. Never happened either🙄

    @bt_uk Why is your broadband upload and download speeds in my area so terrible? It's no better than tethering. I've been a customer for years, and the service has worsened as the years tick by. It's been almost a week, and we have an upload speed of less than 4 mb.
