    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk They looked into my billing issue, and then came across my phone line issue, which I had been reassured by another advisor on Saturday was in progress, but from today’s conversation, seems like it wasn’t.

    to set up the call forwarding for me which is what I really need. Bizarre but true. The credit is far more than the cost of call forwarding and the help I need is call forwarding which I can’t set up as there’s a fault on the line. Wishing just for call forwarding @bt_uk

    There appears to be severe congestion impacting segments of the @btbusinesscare network intermittently over the past 48 hours. Pretty unusual as normally BT are on top of stuff like this. 5-15% packet loss, IPv4 and v6, not appears both. ~15% of lines I monitor.

    @bt_uk were in GU31 area. Petersfield. Our picture is freezing, pixelating. It’s doing this on both tv’s. Any issues in the area!

    @bt_uk you are the worst company I have every dealt with, my mother is 82 year old a type 1 diabetic who is totally reliant on her phone. I booked the installation for the 8th February Bt staff have constantly lied not called me back and are totally incompetent. #poorservice

    The usual hilariously biased commentary on Liverpool by @btsport shocked that Villarreal dared to score, fail to spot fouls by Liverpool and claim that almost every fall by Villarreal players is “theatrical”

    So @btsport has cr-pped out during the Liverpool #ChampionsLeague match. Says there is no broadband connection. Also says that I don't have a subscription. Well that's tial B-LLSH-T #BT ! Seems like my PC is working 100% OK. Problem is obviously YOUR BOX or at YOUR end.
