Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk It has not been delayed. It is a series of failures by BT and your service provider #openreach I was promised a call back today that never came. By all accounts it was the 16th! That is not what I was told during my 90mins call on Saturday.

@bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

Hey @bt_uk Tried to order Broadband with your “Remove Landline” for a second property. Your website couldn’t do it without a number. Phoned support who couldn’t understand I wasn’t moving and I didn’t want a dial tone. So using @SMARTYMobileUK 4G router.

@bt_uk as a new customer I am not too pleased that my broadband and tv package hasn’t arrived .. engineer late today , only to be told I should have a modem etc 3 weeks ago I left #sky moved house and still no internet not tv package even tho it was ordered #unhappy

@bt_uk No one is taking ownership and there is no resolution in place. I am currently paying for a service that Im not receiving. It is beyond a joke.
