@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

I would not recommend @bt_uk broadband. I realised I had no internet or phone service over Christmas. Bt never contacted me to report an issue, repeatedly contacting customer services, once waiting two hours by phone to find out what was happening. Zero service for two weeks.

@bt_uk I’ve spoken to an advisor this morning. My complaint won’t be escalated until I’ve had a call back in a weeks time. Another call with more false promises no doubt!!

Ok @bt_uk help. I am at the end of my tether. Had to resort to paying an extortionate amount for 30 days of hotspot access as @TalkTalk are useless. Now my laptop won't connect to the hotspot because...???

@bt_uk hey 👋, do you guys do a 4G signal booster? I've just moved house and I have breadsticks stronger than the signal I get at home. I've no b/band til 27th as it's the earliest I can get you in so the mini hub is little help, the kids may off me without their YouTube fix :/
