@btsport Let me down already, aside from the obvious game!!! You failed to cover @Imaginedragons for the opening ceremony!! 😡😡😡 Being a fan of their music, I’m bitterly disappointed. Shame on you! #couldhavedonebetter

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

How does the WWE Network folding effect the @btsport and @Channel5Sport deals. Royal Rumble on free to view again?!

  • MGL2205 Marion Morris (@MGL2205) reported

@bt_uk - very dissatisfied customer who will look for alternative provider!!

  • CammieRacing TFz Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

@bt_uk It's more I'm concerned BT engineers will have to run a line from the pavement/road to my house? (a few car lengths) Plusnet had to then gave up on it. Is this going to cause extra problems? TN24 0QA if you need to check.

  • Daolin00 Daolin (@Daolin00) reported

@zeninternet @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk DM sent, we already flagged the issue yesterday evening. We also called openreach this morning to flag the destroyed cabinet.

  • Im_sprouticus Mr. Sprout (@Im_sprouticus) reported

@rking89 @btsport @Channel5Sport Nothing changes outside the US. Pretty good deal if you are in the States though as you will basically keep the network and get whatever NBC give you

  • OneTakeJack JACK (@OneTakeJack) reported

@bt_uk I'm a very chilled guy but when it comes down to liars, it's very triggering. You told us we would get fibre by 2018 and that we were "next" on the list. How do you think that makes us feel, that a new build up the road has fttp and we have 480p still. Stop lying. Help us.

  • regchan regchan (@regchan) reported

@btbusinesscare already made the call in but its just these bugs that are broken

  • OneTakeJack JACK (@OneTakeJack) reported

@bt_uk We've spent all of our day walking around my Village in the snow delivering hand written letters so we can apply for vouchers. It cost a lot of ink and a lot of my time to do this but it's the only way to even get yourself and OpenReach to talk to us about fibre. Help us.

  • SpenceDMark Mark Spence (@SpenceDMark) reported

@BTCare Thanks for the letter today saying I will lose some TV channels as part of a service change. Failing to tell me what channels is somewhat stupid.

  • CammieRacing TFz Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

Hey @bt_uk do you have space for a @virginmedia customer who is thinking of leaving? They hung up on me after an hour on the line and are hiking my bill up to £46.50 for only 35-45Mbps. 😭
