Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Why is your Internet ****? We had ee before with 70mbs good stable Internet Went and got bt broadband was told it would be faster then eebnow we have 55mbs and the Internet is unstable getting kicked of the Internet Phoned up and told there is nothing that can be done.

@bt_uk how do you expect a pensioner to have to change 1. their homehub plus 2 connect old landline phones to the new “digital voice” service, with very little warning.. This hasn’t been thought through at all and potentially will leave my mum without a phone. Really poor guys.

@bt_uk It's now got worse. Eventually got through to chat online. Told I need an engineer visit, but won't come on a Saturday. I have no holidays left to take for B.T. Then my wi-fi goes off again during chat. This is horrendous service. Paying for a substandard service.
