Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

BT is a very Shoddy ISP. I strongly recommend that you do not use this bunch of charlatans. They have the worst customer service of any ISP I have been with in 20 years. They make it almost impossible to speak to someone and they completely rip you off. @bt_uk Your ****

Even by their own standards, @bt_uk have exceeded themselves in a new low. Cut my working phone line off. This is AFTER I had 2brief the ‘special fault repair team’ member sent out (he said he’d never heard of them). Major fault 3 weeks ago, same issue. Do Openreach subcontract?
