Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@btsport how disappointed! I have sky and sky sports. I’ve just paid out to watch the Arsenal and spurs game on BT sport- £28 a month. The quality of the picture in HD is shocking! Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

@BTCare can't get through to your faults team without having to go through this stupid diagnostic bot. I was waiting on a call as per the bot reply but instead I got a voicemail notice. My phone didn't even ring. Are your team's just phoning the voicemail numbers now or what?
