  @bt_uk My neighbour is on a deal you won’t even offer me. Having been enticed to BT by one of your colleague’s calls, after explaining I wanted full fibre, I’m now told I am not a good brought customer for you to offer me the deal I want.

  @bt_uk Just ordered BT broadband today but currently within 14days of joining Vodaphone. I have until 1st December to cancel but BT line doesn’t activate until 7th. Thanks

  Switched EE to @bt_uk broadband, paying extra £20 / month for Full Fibre to the Premises (FFTP) ultra high speed 900mbps guaranteed min 450mbps. I'm getting just 90mbps. How do I report this other than queuing 60 mins on your support line? BT support set-up is awful!!!

  Trying to cancel both my sons BT Mobile contracts. I can buy a new SIM online easily but to cancel I have waited so far 25mins on the phone with no answer. Make it easy to start a contract but difficult to stop it....very poor consumer experience @bt_uk
