Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk I've spoken to this number twice already, they told me it's @WeAreOpenreach at fault and there's nothing they can do. No way of resolution was offered & no new date for installation was given. How long will we be without WiFi? Wish we didn't change from @SkyHelpTeam now

Thanks @bt_uk so after failing to resolve my billing issues for 3 months, me paying on time if not extra you have now whacked me with a missed payment on my credit file! NOTE; no payment was missed!! Great Customer Service! NOT!
