  Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

  @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

  Absolute shambles from @bt_uk once again. 13 weeks with no service Engineer not turned up 4 days waiting for a call back Spoken to a number of people who are all saying different things. Will never advice anyone to go with them. Absolute shocking

  @SkyHelpTeam Excellent good news. In that case @SkyUK 1, @bt_uk 0. But swings and roundabout, we had to cancel parents Sky after 14 years due to the Sky price hike and here we add BB to our Sky TV and leave BT after 7+ years.

  @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp How many engineers does it take to correct a duplicated serial number in the system ?? This is my third week without internet……… Raised a complaint, was promised call backs and the issue being sorted but nothing happens…
