    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @bt_uk @KieHooper Yes. I had great satisfaction of canceling my bt broadband today with 14 days as it never worked from day 1. Have gone over to 3 mobile 5g which is only £10/month. Box came next day and just plus in

    the grass is not always greener. day 4 of @bt_uk internet and it’s died. trouble shooter when you login is a loop of the same question over and over. terrible experience so far. @virginmedia all is forgiven ps the box on the wall is literally screaming like an injured animal.

IVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE FOR BT SPORT FOR 18 MONTHS AS TOOK SKY PACKAGE AND DIDNT REALISE I HAD TO CANCEL BT MYSELF (MY BAD) HOWEVER HAVING ADVISED BT OF DOUBLE PAYMENT WITH BILLING PROOF, THEY'VE BINNED ME OFF. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE BT, KEEPING THE 100% OVERPAYMENT

    @bt_uk Thank you, the new contract we will be moving to closes today so we need to terminate today. I understand the report is required but the engineer will reassure you that the problem cannot be fixed. Surely this can be arranged today

    @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness awful service! My little business is having to close and the lack of support shown is appalling !!!! I’m disgusted and advise anyone considering using BT at home or for business to change there mind!!!
