    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @RaveofRavendale @bt_uk Go to the ombudsman your entitled as they closed the complaint without resolving or just say your going to, companies normally crap themselves as can cost them a decent amount of money

    @btbusinesscare @BTLocalBusines1 I have been trying to resolve a line fault since 29 March 2021, call divert not working properly. Also trying to get a BT cloud voice insltallation since last November. To add insult to injury being billed forthe faulty/non-existent service.

    So, @bt_uk, when is BT actually going to do something about the volume of complaints from large numbers of BT Cloud users who simply cannot get past the 'Unexpected error' message, when trying to sync to BT Cloud? It really is an appalling service. Time for the Ombudsman again?

    @BTCare I wonder if you can help me. The last week or so my internet has been so unstable that if someone else boots up netflix while I am online it's causing me to get 100+ ping and everything takes forever to load. Not really on when we're paying near as damn it top dollar.

    credit where it is due @bt_uk have apologised and sorted out the bill issue. Still think they’re a rip off, and the guy we spoke to earlier demanding mums death certificate will stay with me for a while - but thanks to Ash in customer service for being a human being.

    afternoon @bt_uk I'm moving house on Friday and on 7th I filled in all relevant details to continue with BT in new property, but I'm still waiting for my mini hub to arrive. I can't see anything online in my account. can you help?

    @bt_uk really poor ongoing service continues . After four weeks of trying I have internet but no attempt made to get adequate coverage in the house in spite of advertised service

    Utter fiasco from @btbusinesscare and @BTCare. I can't access emails from my new phone. Nothing happened last week except a few links which didn't work. Then on Monday somebody managed to **** up my emails to the laptop, so I have no email service at all.
