Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk 2 weeks on no broadband . Pole taken down on street. Promised to resolve by 8th Nov as per email yet nothing. Paid £40 on top of bill for two weeks worth of online Wi-Fi. Can you 1. Let me know when issue in se6 1pp will be fixed and 2. A replacement dongle if it won’t be fixed.

@bt_uk Hi Tasha, thank you for contacting me! I finally managed to talk to some one yesterday, they tried a couple of different things. And then said that they were going to escalate it to the technical support department. But my internet is still down. And I’ve not heard anything back

@bt_uk - during my recent conv. with your retention team re broadband/sport renewal, there was so much background clapping, I couldn’t hear the call rep, so asked him to tell them to be quiet….so he hung up the call. Perhaps it’s time to move to a better deal/service from Sky?

@bt_uk Day 4 with no INTERNET OR PHONE for my mother who is 75! It was bad enough having digital voice that took you 4 weeks to do for her in aug/sept! Put her god damn landline back this is a disgrace! She is half blind so cannot use a mobile because she cant see the screen sort it now

@bt_uk Openreach website says 2025, i really shouldnt be paying 29.99 a month for an unpredictable service. Your BT app says i have poor wifi, but you customer service agent told me that was not correct. If i could leave i would but cant afford to pay your cancellation fees

@bt_uk Moved house. Loads of messages from BT and @WeAreOpenreach to get me connected to Full Fibre on the 8th - still no broadband and no idea when it will be resolved. I’ve taken time off, my wife and I cannot both work from home. Terrible experience.

@bt_uk i have had two openreach engineers telling me that my line is unstable which is why my internet keeps dropping out and it wont improve until fibre is installed to the property. BT seems to think this is totally acceptable for myself and my neighbours, not happy
