@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk I see from a thread or two down this part of the country that people are having issues with various providers. If that’s the case then the blame lies with you as you control the land line network.

@ChrisFergy Well obviously, the abuse is THE issue. It's not just an angle. It's a serious societal problem. I enjoy KC on the radio. I don't have BTSport so don't can't comment on Macca and Rob. But there's no definitive standard to reach. Like or dislike, but don't abuse is my point.

@bt_uk But that’s kind of the point. It has definitely effected my service. Unless it’s just a massive coincidence. It has for today. But its dropped out every day since last Wednesday when the workmen arrived. It always comes back - but during a timed exam, that kind of doesn’t matter.

@bt_uk Don’t use BT broadband. 1 month since our contract started, we are yet to be connected. Zero broadband for that time. Over 15 hours spent on the phone to the customer service team, 2 failed attempts at an engineer turning up after slots have been booked and still no solution.
