Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk Hi I’ve just had a call on my landline from 02085087085 it’s a recorded lady speaking saying it is from Bt and you’ve found some suspicious activity in my landline and network and to press 1 to speak to your team. I cancelled the call. Seems very suspicious can you advise?

@bt_uk hi my friend is receiving emails from you about a new broadband service and delivery of a new hub. She hasn’t ordered anything and the home address isn’t hers. Her email address must be linked to someone else’s bt account. Help!

@bt_uk we have been promised and promised a phone line and broadband in our new house. Originally you said 14th December and we have had many dates since and no-one turns up. Today we were promised again and nothing ! #help

Just had a phone call that my internet was going to be cut off due to illegal activity. I thought I’d play along today. When I couldn’t help myself from laughing at her she told me I was an idiot and that I should ‘shut my mouth’. So I suspect she wasn’t from @bt_uk after all.

@HussainShafiei @bt_uk Hi – I’ve now heard back from Surrey Highways, who say: BT work is finished but after more investigation an emergency was reported in the same location last night. This has now also been repaired & our contractor has confirmed that the lights will be removed today. Thanks, Sally

@bt_uk Problem is that it's not the first time we're attempting redelivery. First hub ended up at the post office depot. Me not being around it, it can't be collected. This is the second hub order and delivery seem not to be able to act on simple instruction such as ring the neighbour.
