@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk Received new router to replace suspected faulty router - this one doesn’t work at all so had to refit old router - my wife is trying to work from home & says broadband really bad this am. Have tried to call but told to call back later.

@bt_uk Am having to use my phone data, which is bad enough as it is, to even be able think about replying because the service is that bad. And it was literally fine 2hrs ago, now its just completely gone, I literally cannot do anything

@bt_uk I've been sat with the BBC iPlayer loading screen for 20 minutes and this happens at least 3 times a week. How can you have an area with the population density of London and have hotspots about everywhere to connect, but because I live in a little village it just doesn't work?

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.
