Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Yes I spoke to customer service and they can only offer £49.99 a month if we start an new 24 month contract .. no where near the new customer rate and will be the same next March again ! Time to leave BT I feel

@bt_uk really disappointed that BT are raising broadband prices by CPI+3.9% this year when they have reduced all prices offered to new customers ! A full fibre 900 for new customers is now £40.99 with no increases till March 24 yet as a valued customer I’ll be paying £62.49 !!

@bt_uk is there a problem in the Aberdeenshire area AB12 area. My broadband keeps dropping out for upto 5 mins at a time. Never happened with previous supplier.

@virginmedia tried to retain your broadband service but your CS is SO BAD i was given no option but to go over to @bt_uk who gave me a fantastic deal and were a pleasure to deal with. Sort your CS out and you might actually retain long serving customers!

@bt_uk I have been waiting for a fault on my broadband to be fixed for 3 weeks. Your wonderful customer service agents have been amazing, however they keep making appointments and the date gets further and further away because the bookings are not showing up nor going through to
