  i’m trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message won’t open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?

  @bt_uk I’m not in a position to call anyone at the moment… I notice I still cannot access my BT account with an email address I’ve used since 2018. Nothing is working as it should! Could you email me with a solution please.

  @bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?
