@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@PeterThurlow @btbusinesscare @BTCare One of the reasons we went elsewhere for broadband eventually. We were wasting hours talking to the two parts of the business (who don't seem to talk to each other, use different systems and don't share info) - a terrible waste of our time, stressful and frustrating. @btsport I’m unable to watch BT Sport on my laptop. It’s telling me I need to upgrade my package to view the content. I pay for BT sport each month and have never had this issue before. Please help. Thanks.

@bt_uk You have cancelled my home broadband order yesterday. After almost an hour phone call and several hours sending messages on Twitter today, I was promised a phone call to get this issue sorted. I have yet to receive that phone call. Can we get this resolved now??
