  @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

  I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk

  Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though
