    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @bt_uk been promised a call back yesterday and then again today. Nothing. A communication company that doesn't communicate! Last time I called I was on the phone for 1hr 55mins. Still no broadband and no idea what's being done about it. Terrible experience BT.

    @eon_next Enough, I sorted it after two painful telephone calls, with beyond acceptable waiting times. Seriously, @eon_next are awful. Worse than @bt_uk , which is an incredibly low bar. Once market conditions settle I’ll be moving from Eon.
