Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@bt_uk I had two strange robotic calls saying my internet will be 'cut off' in the next 24/48 hours, as I suspect it's a scam, I slammed the phone down without replying, is this correct ? And if so you need to let people know...

@bt_uk I am now having to be on hold again for a 4/5th time to get hold of customer service as the. Call I was promised has not happened. I am absolutely disgusted with BTs treatment of me.

@bt_uk This isn’t going to make a difference when your call operators are flat out refusing to connect us, we’ve said this is an emergency. An Engineer needs to be sent out immediately

@bt_uk Your standard broadband is shockingly poor. Had to buy a 4g router as well as it’s that bad. Oh and you’ve no intention of installing fibre apparently.
