    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully itโ€™s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes thereโ€™s an extra folder isnโ€™t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @BTGroup @bt_uk I have an ongoing complaint since 8th May. Today it was closed with no phone call, no explanation, no contact. The issue is still ongoing and you owe me money. I have reopened complaint but this needs escalating.

    @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

    @bt_uk How can I check local outages and is there one in the CW8 area? Your website doesn't allow me to view if there's an outage in my area without a login, and the scan your broadband function doesn't work since there's no connection.

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
