    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @btbusinesscare we pay for Critical care on our business landline so that faults are repaired within 6 hours not the 8 days we’ve been quoted!! When you have no mobile signal and are reliant on your landline this is shocking service.

    @bt_uk can you please contact me asap re mini-hub not working despite being re-assured it will remain on as continuation of home service not possible due to a BT error. Now unable to work from home!

    @hatetorycuts @bt_uk BT have always provided the emergency operator service, they handle the call before it goes to fire, police or ambulance. When you first call and are asked what service, thats the BT role.

    @bt_uk The fault was supposed to have been fixed on Tuesday. You emailed to say you couldn't fix but have provided no date. You never paid automatic compensation last time my phone broke.

    @bt_uk Despite 5 phone calls to you and 2 promised call backs from your customer service team I've still not got my issue sorted out. All I want to do is cancel the broadband part of my package and keep my call plan (landline). Why is this so difficult to sort out
