    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk had fibre broadband fitted on 21st of June. Was tested by engineer and was a fault up road. It has still not been fixed 12 days later. Still happy to take money and change package just no broadband or digital phone we are paying for. Rubbish service.

    @BTSportBoxing @btsport @bt_uk So I wasn't home for last night's fight card so was going to sit down and watch it. Looked on my BT app on My BT TV and can't find it. But it's on the App. WTF??? Lots of football and dart and other ones. Where is the boxing?

    Mrs P on the phone to @bt_uk trying to cancel sport for the umpteenth time. Apparently she needs my consent to make changes. I had to confirm Mrs P’s email address, ask her what the most recent bill was and then confirm I was happy for her to make changes on my behalf.

    @bt_uk I'm already back in the UK - the point was you charging £10 for 1MB of data is a complete disgrace, particularly highlighted by you charging £6 for 500MB add ons. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I'm able to. Never had charges like this with other providers @MartinSLewis

    Contacted @bt_uk about an issue. Was asked if I wanted to complain. I said no. Following contact then received: an email saying my complaint had been raised and allocating a reference number, 3 texts saying someone was going to phone shortly about my complaint, 0 phone calls …

    @bt_uk I wonder if it’ll be the end of the year before I finally get connected it’s been 6 weeks already. Or is this how you keep the new fibre network fast by restricting access?
