Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

So @bt_uk the village has in the past year had cable installed. Only found out by speaking to the people ripping up the pavement. So if I tied myself to a 24 month contract with BT and cable internet becomes available I CANNOT use the better service for 2 YEARS !!!

@bt_uk We've got openreach engineers in our area who are making lots of noise using cutting equipment to do some work on cabling. This is a residential area, it's 8pm and it's not an emergency. There are parents trying to get small children to sleep. This isn't on.

@bt_uk BT have called me back today for the 1st time since I raised my complaint over 2 months ago. The BT operative was named Laura. She has assured me that I will be receiving a cheque for just under £300 within 5-7 working days and that I would get a follow up call next week.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had this with #bt_uk, who took advantage of elderly relative with @DementiaUK and sold her a broadband package with full sport. The installer came round and asked where her pc or laptop was. The vile scumbags then took 6 months to cancel after she passed. Hid behind GDPR.
