@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp had issues earlier not being able to access some services on my broadband and now BT internet is completely down with no access to anything, no notification or indication that there is a problem with service on the status website. Fix asap and comp for time.

@bt_uk huge spikes in reports .. over an hour wait (and counting) with online support, 2 hub resets and you're still insisting there isn't an outage and it's my hub? Get a grip and start communicating with people!
