    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk Broadband activation is now scheduled for the 23rd, but this is after I was promised Hybrid Connect service from the 1st which hasn’t happened and was not possible as no one checked whether OpenReach had released the line. X2. started new order as instructed, ‘failed’again.

    @bt_uk What a complete and utter joke! I reported a fault last October and no-one has fixed it yet! Not only that - I've had to pay over £30 a month all that time whilst achieving speeds of between 0.4 and ,0.7. Absolute garbage!

    @bt_uk installation arranged for 19th in a rental property we’ve had to go to following a house fire at our home. Text today saying they need to reschedule and will be in touch. This is NOT good enough. We are reliant on this for business and school. Very poor service

    .@bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp never fail to amaze me with their ineptitude. Been waiting since feb 23 for my phone line to be moved. Another day, another engineer not turned up yet the job is ‘complete’ The monopoly on providing home phone lines really does nothing for service 🤬#rant
