    @bt_uk Hi Mandy, Still in need to help please. Internet connection drops in and out constantly. Seems to be getting progressively worse.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk I’ve already tried that. None of my subscription channels are working. I received a text this morning to say there maybe issues with my tv but surely they should be resolved now?

    You know they say bad things come in threes.. well, I had my three so no more please!! • No hot water since Monday morning • No heating since Monday morning • My Wi-Fi has gone down Thankfully @bt_uk are on it & luckily I have a mini hub already that they’ve switched on

    @mikeburnieactor @bt_uk Me too, their update sent earlier is a cockupdate. Tried to fix one recording problem and created s worse one. I reported it 'reboot the hub' stock answer. BS

    Ah great.. now my bt Wi-Fi isn’t working!! This has just been a **** day! The @bt_uk hub is solid orange. I’ve switched off and on, that didn’t help. What do I do @BTCare

    @bt_uk, Why are none of my channels working? I've run your diagnostic fix, by texting you, and it has made it worse. At least I got the channels before, just with poor signal.

    @bt_uk is there's a reason I get a letter saying that my monthly bill is going up today, but when I'm trying to chill and twitch stream my Internet service has disconnected three times in the last 20 minutes?
