Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk I spoke to customer relations. Nothing can be done. I’m without Wi-Fi thanks to BT. Sky will install my Wi-Fi in 2 weeks. I should have stayed with them

@bt_uk absolutely useless customer service. Spent 2 days trying to set up parental controls and can’t access it. Says to check back in 2 hrs after you click activate but after 2 days and various attempts it’s not happened

@bt_uk your internet speeds are so bad that at times its unusable. We have complained numerous times over the duration of our contract and now that we have decided to chanfe to another provider you want to charge me for leaving. If your service was fit for purpose, i wouldnt leave!
