@bt_uk Llanishen Exchange in Cardiff is an absolute disgrace. The grounds are unkempt and the entrance is an eyesore. Three Arches Avenue is a smart residential street and your property needs attention. I raised the same issue last growing season. Can it be sorted, again!

@bt_uk Dee, we were contacted (email) saying sorry we were leaving. We had no intent to leave. We called (4 conversations) pre cut off. Given assurances. May 30 we were cut off service anyway. I’ve made 5 calls since then.Yesterday being the last. No one can help it seems.

Absolutely shocking my @bt_uk broadband has been out since Monday and spoke to an advisor and told I won't get an engineer until Monday coming. Absolutely great no Internet for a week! Tell me again why I'm paying for this crap service?!!
