Can't believe how incompetent @bt_uk @BTGroup are. Ordered their top broadband a month ago and I'm still waiting as THEY registered it to the wrong address!! Two weeks after highlighting the problem I'm STILL without internet! #avoid #incompetent

@bt_uk I am sorry for delay in setting the BT account up, @TalkTalk will not allow us to cancel - even through there is not contract - they either hang the phone up or cut us off mid-chat on the online option. We have been trying for 6 days now to cancel
