Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

@btsport Let me down already, aside from the obvious game!!! You failed to cover @Imaginedragons for the opening ceremony!! 😡😡😡 Being a fan of their music, I’m bitterly disappointed. Shame on you! #couldhavedonebetter

@bt_uk The engineer came today, needing access to house. He and I both hope that the problem is fixed, though we’re not sure how. I was merely pointing out the anomalies in the computer-generated conversation.

@mustbecwaced @bt_uk Time you where getting hold of BT chief executive. @bt_uk absolutely pathetic the customer service you have received. They should be paying you for having to use your mobiles, sorting the problem and apologising for for everything they’ve put you through.

@bt_uk I’m still waiting for a manager to call. This is getting beyond a joke. I want to resolve the complaint and move on.

Warning: BT scam call doing the rounds "This is BT [not]. We've detected suspicious activity... press 1 to speak to an operator, or we will cancel your phone line, internet, etc". For me it was from 01773 206432, but likely that's variable. @bt_uk

@bt_uk Still no Internet… and it’s Wednesday, the day we were told our service would be restored by “at the latest”. When is close of play for your engineers?

@bt_uk I’m already speaking to your complaints team (rising up the escalation tree). They seem powerless to do anything. Problem is Openreach unwilling to maintain the local network properly. Small village=low priority. @BTGroup @bt_uk consistently poor service but no alternative.

@jamclarkey @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk So if the end user doesn’t require or want a more expensive fibre service They will be made to move as they will no longer have a phone service ? So if that’s the case would it be considered that they are being forced to a more expensive service just to have a home phone ?

@bt_uk Thanks Clare, how long does this test on the line take? And will you guys let me know the issue?

@bt_uk It’s like a carbon copy of before. It is now back on again. Whatever it is that’s going wrong needs to be fixed / stopped from happening again. If it is just my connection that’s the problem then that needs looking at. If it is at the exchange then that needs sorting out.

@iamTongueNCheek @sarahisitme @bt_uk I guess these are the people who claim issues don't exist and its the flaw of those trying to fix them for mentioning it.
