    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk can you say with certainty that you will provide my broadband service on 8 Feb, i.e. 21 days late and after 8 consecutive missed promises of service, engineers, calls etc.?

    So it takes @bt_uk two and half weeks to set up my home move to then be texted on the day of line going live to that there’s an issue and to call them! 20 minutes already this morning wasted. Disgusting service

    @bt_uk And... where it says to add the service online you get taken to a nice PDF which says nothing about adding it online. Says to dial 1572... "The service cannot be connected". You have to assume BT is not interested in solving this problem. As soon as I can ditch the landline...

    Great work @btsport wasn’t interested in the first two points of the @MapleLeafs game tonight. Quality of the footage is awful too. Really disappointing.

    @jtwbailey @bt_uk Spoke to someone a few days ago and he was so obnoxious and rude definitely in the wrong job. Most have bent over backwards to at least try and help. Make sure you write everything down and ask for a copy of the call my issue is why are we paying for something that doesn't work

    @bt_uk yoo my broadband has gone down i’m in south london it’s been terrible and i have client meetings in the morning can you rectify this now and give me at least two months refund, this need to be sorted asap!
