  @bt_uk I will never call BT again, it’s not worth the stress it causes. Very uneducated customer services. Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

  @bt_uk I was told, on Sun, that it was planned 2b here Mon. Then told Mon it was planned 2b here Tues. Now told tomorrow. If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now I’ve had to cancel a job of work “in case” this persists! #unacceptable

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
