  @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

  @mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

  @bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??
