    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk Hi, are there any reported problems with BT Mail? It's not letting me log in at all (Chrome or Internet Explorer) and is just saying "Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. etc.

    Problems logging into today @bt_uk - seems I'm not the only one - message coming up saying username/ password not recognised. Working fine earlier.
