    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph Totally fed up with BT A house move is stressful enough as it is. Have received a shocking service and been lied to throughout. Complaint has been sent!

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk My broadband is down and it's on a flashing pink light. It's been down since Friday I was told it will be fix today on the 23/2 but the problem is its still hasn't been fix. I was wondering what time will it be fix because I need to go online to do work. Afternoon or nighttime.

    @bt_uk our broadband in Twickenham is still down after the storm. We keep checking status on line as work from home. Yesterday said it would be restored 8.40 today. Now says no date or time. Any idea when will be back up?

    @bt_uk as you've stopped replying to me privately! How can digital voice work if the broadband doesn't work because the phone line has been broken in the storm? And apparently I've told you our faults are fixed, how would I know that if I'm at work!
