    @bt_uk Hi Mandy, Still in need to help please. Internet connection drops in and out constantly. Seems to be getting progressively worse.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk Thanks, I’ve contacted BT and it seems Openreach have mysteriously cut me off, hopefully this can be resolved once the cancel order has been in effect for 24 hrs. It would be nice to know why/how this happened.

    @bt_uk I cannot believe that I use your service needed some help but had to spell and explain the words lag and latency to a member of staff and when I asked to transfer me to technical help she replied “that would be me also” what a joke !!

    @bt_uk After waiting for nearly half an hour, I managed to speak to someone. But the fact that I have to wait until the 4th of January to get the connection enabled is quite poor. Especially for a new customer account and cos BT chose a telegraph pole which is miles from my house

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    Hey @bt_uk you've left a UK company without broadband for 3 weeks, you missed the first installation appointment, you cut out my network and today you missed the second appointment. You realize a business line is for work purposes and you are cumulating damages every day?
