Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is £34.99 yet she is being charged £59.99, that’s £4 more than your own 900 fibre package

@bt_uk I qualify for the social BB product for those on UC. However, when I look online it doesn't seem to give me the same speed that I am now with +net and we previously had on my dad's old BT account (this still appears active) help?
