Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk Except when BT have chosen to provision you on a network that can’t deliver the USO levels they claim to support, and they refuse to believe EE coverage can’t deliver it either. Come to BT for REAL broadband rage

@bt_uk disgusting service from BT. Been waiting since the 7th May for a new hub for my severally sighted uncle and still no sign. Keep on getting told my customer service that the HUB is on its way and still not arrived. 11 days he has no internet. Disgusting

@bt_uk @bt_uk this really isn’t good enough. it is your mistake. I checked my order back in Mar. No mention of BT sport. How is a customer supposed to predict which random services might get added to their bill that they’ll need to pay for in order to get a refund? Just send a new bill!
