@ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk we are on day 4 of no internet. In Oct we had 4 weeks with no internet! I have not had one phone call, or message from you despite me calling you, messaging you. We have a “stay fast guarantee” but no mini hub even provided. Costing £100s a day for office hire. Help pls!

@bt_uk Done that and it said I'm receiving 37Mbps, but I'm not getting that on any of my devices. Might be a problem with my ethernet cables, I'll mess around a bit see if I can fix it.
