Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Both yestarday I had no internet at all for most the day then it worked but it was extremely slow/ not even usable and today it has just stopped working entirely again

@bt_uk The BT website says no ones having the same issues but when I go on a service report website for the past 3 days all of London and major cities in UK have also reported not having BT internet available
