Amelia Bell (@ameliaaabell) reported@bt_uk our internet was meant to activate on the 7th, told on Monday it would be 24hrs and a main priority and still not working! I have paid an extra £13 for 4g of data which has run out within 2 hours. Customer team are understanding each time but it is not being RESOLVED :(
