    @bt_uk Yes 4 people, all who were very nice but couldn’t help me get my broadband any quicker. I was told my order would be here on the 1st now it’s the 16th. I need broadband to work. Two weeks not working

    @bt_uk I haven’t even had my WiFi and TV package installed yet and I’m already having a nightmare with your customer service. I’ve been overcharged for a ‘installation fee’ when I don’t need a engineer and CS team was supposed to call and email me today- nothing.

    @bt_uk Ash, I have still yet to get a call back on this complaint. I have not had my contract reverted & the 14 day cooling off period will soon expire. I’ve filled out a webform to cancel as well #210202-000714. Having been a customer of BTs over last 10 yrs I’m pretty disappointed. V

    @bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).

    @bt_uk shocking service. Been on the phone for over 5 hrs over two days trying to sort my BT broadband out. Was told the ‘order failed’ and now even though I was assured it would be delivered the 9th I’m now told it’s the 16th Feb! Shocking

    @btbusinesscare Bit of a delay as been busy but spoke to your sales support and they know nothing about this. Suggests that this isn't coming soon and I'll have to change providers, that's a shame but won't keep waiting on this.
