  @bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

  @bt_uk @bt_uk shocking customer service by you, my elderly in-laws should have had new fibre installed on 24th July. Still waiting!!!!!
