    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @btbusinesscare can someone please DM me. I’m at my absolute wits end with your abysmal service, I’ve been trying to get online all morning to do financial work for my business and the Wi-Fi is running so slowly it’s worse than the old dial up and I can’t do anything, I can’t run

    @bt_uk She is on this plan from this week but she can also apply for the low-cost plan retrospectively since you failed to offer this in 2021 and she has been paying far more than needed so you mis-sold the old contract and never mentioned this option, correct? @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

    @bt_uk My contract comes to an end soon. All I want to do is cancel it at it's conclusion. Is it not a reasonable request to be able to do this online?

    @bt_uk DONT!!!!!! took out a package in dec 2021, it went up in april due to the annual "inflation" bollocks, then litrally 2 months later they are offering the same package even cheaper than originally purchased at. Complaint made and still not heard anything back

    @bt_uk Interesting to see this ad on my timeline. 6 days without internet & no fix date - I for one won’t be renewing my contract. The customer experience has been abysmal. Blocking the advert

    @bt_uk I will NEVER use BT again. I move home. I return my equipment to you and have an email thanking me for doing so. Now you are billing me £89 for non return of said equipment. I have another account with you. When that finishes, so are we.

    @bt_uk Morning. Issue with Hub. Connection is there but will not accept password. Have tried factory reset several times, turning everything off on and again. Can't text 61998, but can text other numbers, and can't connect to hub manager to turn off smart set up.
