Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

Ramnish Kalsi (@ramnishkalsi) reported@bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasnโt fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I donโt want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
