    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Staying in an AirBNB and the place has an @EE TV box. Even if you record something, you CAN’T fast forward adverts on the recording. Why would ANYONE pay for this absolute bullshit?! Typical nonsense from @bt_uk I see you haven’t become less **** since I quit working for you clowns.

    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

    @bt_uk @BT_UK You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.

    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.
