I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

Peter Davies (@peterd_phd) reported.@bt_uk When can we expect a meaningful update to the "you view" set top box. It offers terrible #UX. 50% of remote clicks seem to do nothing. Apps often launch with no audio and need a hard reset to fix.
