Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

@bt_uk Hi yes it is reactivated but I was put on copper not fibre and am now unable to work effectively from home due to this. My issue is my start date for fibre is still 7 days away now, this is c. 5/6 weeks since the issue was raised. VOL013-632176345165

@bt_uk The compensation I would supposedly see in my bill, following a complete lack of broadband for 17 days in October, seems suspiciously absent... Do I really have to chase you for this? Customer service has been less than good throughout the whole fiasco.
