Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk I cant believe the disgusting service I have been receiving from I signed up for phone line and broad band .have never had yet you take money every month set over 8 appointment for engineer no one shows up and the one that dose lie and says I wouldn't let him in yet

@OpenreachHelp @BTCare @OpenreachHelp I’m so disappointed that site visit after site visit our new premises & still has no broadband. I have made a complaint to BT’s CEO and still Openreach haven’t sorted this out. I have already been billed for the first month for a service I don’t yet have.

@bt_uk Sorry but I'm at work, the misses is at home, we have DM you no end of times as you can see by previous comments so I don't think you checking again will help. If nothing gets done today I'm seriously taking this further and will be going elsewhere.

@mamezito @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve had a reasonably good experience with Virgin. Their customer service is rubbish, but the broadband has been fast and mostly reliable. Had only spotty downtime over the past two years

Hey @bt_uk think you might need your sales team ready @SkyHelpTeam have had 18 hour internet blackout in Manchester. Can’t even give a guesstimate on when they’ll be back on line. Self employed people are taking a hammering and the customer service is inadequate and condescending
