    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully itโ€™s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes thereโ€™s an extra folder isnโ€™t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk Completely hopeless. Report fault on 12th. Engineer booked, visited and fixed fault in 5 minutes according to tracker! Check yesterday about booked appointment today- no need to be at home sir. Cancel time off. Told today they do need access. Joke company.

    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    @bt_uk Yea, you need to send Open Reach round ASAP to sort it out, you also need to refund me costs of having to go to the office as it doesnโ€™t support WFH, and my Sky Multi room subscription as that canโ€™t be used on the EE box. Cheers, my name is linked to my account.

    @bt_uk I have gone through this more times than I can remember, originally the website reported that there was an issue at the postcode I supplied and that it would be dealt with...fast forward 3 months and it was still the same. I ended up contacting the Mobile Team at BT (1/2)

    @bt_uk i order a broadband connection and tell you there is no socket to plug router in - you tell me that you canโ€™t do anything till the end of today when it is end of day 1 - plan to fail is epic! I then have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer
