    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes thereโ€™s an extra folder isnโ€™t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully itโ€™s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. Iโ€™ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.

    @bt_uk When I click the Scan for Broadband Problems the purple circle still goes on forever, so I canโ€™t get past that screen. Everything still down.

    @bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Spent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though

    I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time itโ€™s full of people that donโ€™t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and Iโ€™m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly
