Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk I had my bt tv and broadband kit delivered yesterday but desperately need assistance in setting it up. My telephone socket is isolated on a wall distant from electric sockets, I’m uncertain how to solve this issue without leaving cables trailing everywhere

@bt_uk This is not a good enough response! ‘sounds like the fault is complex’ yes - 3 weeks without a phone line, wifi when we have vulnerable people in the house - with no 4G signal - do you think this is acceptable! Interesting you did respond to my comment around Gavin’s mailbox!?
