    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk I couldn’t cancel within grace period as I literally couldn’t get through as the area is red listed, yet your colleagues thought it ok to send and charge us without checking. Also appalling service from the offset when told it had been sent and hadn’t. Pls refund!!!!

    @bt_uk Took the day off work to have BT Broadband installed. Engineer arrived, had a look, he can’t do the job. Now I have no b’band until a trench is dug. So your salesperson lied when she said it’d be up and running in 3hrs? Looks like I signed up to a ****** ******* service again

    @bt_uk since last night’s heavy winds, we’re unable to access any of our ‘featured apps’ on BT Vision. We have a message of no internet connection, but our iPads and phones are connected. Who to contact for help?
