Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk You are. And the speeds are very good (150Mbps). The app is fine most of the time, but every minute or so the picture gets juddery for about 10 seconds. Same whether I use Wifi or Ethernet. I have no problems with any other streaming service, wired or wireless.

Note to @BTCare - when a customer with a dead landline and awful mobile signal is using WiFi Calling to speak to your helpline, having your flowchart ask them to unplug at the master socket makes further communication difficult...

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk claim it’s a big problem very rare and @OpenreachHelp do-not have the available resources to do any thing about it . Was guaranteed a fix by 27/11/2021 but surprisingly it’s now heading into month 7 no phone . #MentalHealthMatters taking its toll now.
