Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@bt_uk I've already had an engineer out 3 weeks ago and they were unable to fix the problem. Support promised to send me a new smart hub 10 days ago but today say they "don't have any in stock". Today took me 10 hours of a few minutes at a time connectivity to record 1.5 hrs of lecture.

@bt_uk Hi Laura, yes it is as temperamental as ever. It is the wireless and the hub does go through the colours of the rainbow... it has never been reliable and I have called many times to log it but gave up after a while..
