    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @bt_uk You may have a long wait to get through though! BT is not customer focused at all. Can wait an hour and get pushed from pillar to post.

    @SKellyCEO This is to be encouraged, but it does nothing to help those of us in towns who can't get decent broadband. It's a myth that it's just rural areas who are in need. I'm in the very centre of Brighton and @btcare will only guarantee 1mps download and refuse to upgrade to fibre.

    Seriously @bt_uk is the absolute worst! I have never had such bad service. Hours on hold, days of disruption to my work, promises to be called back with no one actually calling and still no Fiber - seriously I might just swap back and bill them for the damage to the house

    @TalkTalk ever since moving to your service the other day from @bt_uk I've had nothing but trouble from what is supposed to be a faster speed WiFi compared to what I had. The TV lags when watching a film and phones lag when on social media and YouTube etc! Please can you help.

    @bt_uk waited in all morning for an engineer who was supposed to arrive between 8am and 1pm. It's now nearly 2pm, no sign of him, nor a text/call to let us know if he's delayed. Another thing to add to the list of issues weve had with BT. 🙄

    @bt_uk hello I have switched over to digital voice and received the handset but I was supposed to get a email but haven't had one, I have no voice service on my smart hub 2

    @bt_uk my internet gone down today and when I call repairs no one can fix it until next week, you want us to go a whole week without internet while working from home? This is ridiculous service

    @bt_uk here we are again. A repeat of a fault with broadband, same as 2 weeks ago. The new hub you sent clearly didn't solve the problem! Awaiting a response from line test.
