@btsport Did not believe all the bad reports about BT Sport customer service - until Friday past! On Thursday I phoned your CS to enquire about my BT Sport package. I was promised a call back the next day (Friday) after 2pm. I'm still waiting?! Inexcusably poor!

STILL no help or support from @bt_uk regarding incorrect billing. Customer services have not been of any help, disgusting service.
