@XboxSupport Context: I've applied a 12-month Game Pass Ultimate code from @bt_uk after signing up to a new fibre broadband service with them. It appears this code has overwritten previously purchased/remaining subscription-time rather than stacking. Can you take a look?

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

@bt_uk said they were to deliver a 4Gee mini hub as a replacement for a faulty product… hasn’t happened, was also told I was going to get a callback yesterday that never happened and was texted today stated I’d get a call, didn’t happen As usual shocking service 0/10 #pointless

I swapped my Sky fibre and TV over to @bt_uk last week. The hub is terrible. Cutting everything off on Monday and going back to Sky. Worst Internet I've ever experienced

@DamFoy @btsport It hasn't upset me FFS. What upsets me is the constant need to change things for no apparent reason. Whether BT, SKY News with journos, Soccer Saturday with the perfectly mixed panels, toilets, who serves in the police - whatever the issue, changing for the point of it is dull.
