    @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

    @btbusinesscare I’ve just tried WhatsApp and the same issue. No response. Is there a phone number to actually speak to a human ??? 🀬🀷🏻. I’m being threatened with legal action over an account I closed months ago and I cannot speak to someone ??? Your robot doesn’t understand!! 😱😱

    @bt_uk @virginmedia @CityFibre I need to report massive internet outage in the following postcodes NE1 TO NE38 DH9 DH1, DH6, DH7 TS26, TS27, TS28 11564 - Riyadh Saudi Arabia 21442 - Jeddah Saudi Arabia Internet must be down as "Visitors" are awfully quiet

    @WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @bt_uk We have been with BT for decades and never known the customer service this bad. It is too complex to explain on here but after many years, we will be moving supplier
