That individual who took my initial booking with @BTCare has caused so much difficulty I should sue. Now a rogue bill from them and a vaguely threatening letter. Absolute horror service. Never going to use them again.

@bt_uk - why are your BTTV Pro boxes such utter garbage? Had nothing but bother since getting one and will be moving to @skytv once my contracts up! All you get on the community is we are releasing a software fix, works for a few months then issues again!
