So after 3 calls to @bt_uk to resolve a problem, a complaint was raised on my behalf. Today I got a text to say they'd call me between 5pm-7pm to discuss it. So, I made sure I had my phone with me but I don't think I even need to say what happened... #Useless

@bt_uk I hope so. I really do. Its been a total nightmare..and if the cause of our issue is that a cable has been chopped/disturbed due to trimming ivy on Wednesday it surely could have been fixed earlier

@YouViewSupport @BTCare why does 4OD and itv never play properly? Rapidly plays through adverts like on fast forward then screen black so program never plays. Can make several attempts but no joy.

@bt_uk I got a call from a mobile number saying their from BT and wanted to discuss the service you provide me. 1) whys a mobile number 2) there isn't a 2 but he started mumbling about special offers before I disconnected is this a legitimate call or was I correct to disconnect
