@btbusinesscare Personal. Already had to cancel one order, now being told the only way to avoid disruption to mother in laws service is to cancel our order! At no point have we ever notified you to do anything to her service, only ours. And now told to cancel the order to avoid disruption.

@bt_uk Can’t help feeling we’ve been taken advantage of - especially during a Cost of Living crisis - and feel there should be some form or gesture of goodwill. It’s not a positive customer experience in any way whatsoever.

@bt_uk I just checked and can get Vodafone full fibre 900 for over £30 a month less than I'm now paying from April. Counting down the days till my contract ends.

@bt_uk I've had a complaint open with bt once before. It took 3 months to resolve and I was given a £10 goodwill gesture. I'll pass but thanks for the offer. You'll need a stiff drink tonight when you get off shift. I know it's not your responsibility that BT are so greedy.
