@bt_uk I have to say, spoke to someone yesterday, he chased openreach, explained incorrect order had been placed and that was with a team to fix. Said likely to be Monday to be fixed but was sorted this morning. Great work.

Why does the UFC replay function never ever EVER work on @btsport the morning after an event. Always end up on YouTube watching dodgy highlights just to avoid spoilers. Sort it out @btsportufc

@bt_uk yet again you provide poor service. Had a home move booked in for over 2weeks. Less than 12hrs before the move you change the date. 14days later. Piss poor as usual.
