  @bt_uk I think this is now in hand, but I am annoyed that the service was not switched when my contract ended. This has meant no Internet since Tuesday.

  @OpenreachHelp been told once again Open reach @bt_uk @BTCare are lying!not doing the jobs that’s re told to do! 4 months without Wi-Fi! So guess you won’t be able to do any jobs when your vans are blocked in as they park them down the road from me good luck

  Third time in the last 2 months that @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp BT internet has gone down with no word about service or status on their website, this might be the final straw, not sure why I pay for such low speeds anyway… @virginmedia fancy coming round to install some cables?
