Hello, BT here. We're sorry for the problems you've had recently. They affected lots of customers in your area, but we've now found what went wrong and have fixed it. If your phone line was affected, it should be fine now…. Another false message just now from @bt_uk It’s day 18!

@bt_uk Appalled to discover my elderly parents, (under assessment for dementia) & customers of BT since 1980 are paying a whopping £85 a month for 30mb bbd and a tv subscription they did not know they had or ever watched. Tried complaints line got no where. Please Please can you help?

@groveshall Hopeless. Egton village is now 11 days without broadband due to a fallen tree - including the school & businesses like my own. We've been promised two fix dates that have passed. Phone calls last 70mins+. Twitter easier. Message @bt_uk, they usually DM pretty quickly.

@Smartsheet @BTCare It's working now, it was an ISP issue, lots of other sites weren't working either. I think it was an AWS relating thing.
