    @bt_uk Hi Mandy, Still in need to help please. Internet connection drops in and out constantly. Seems to be getting progressively worse.

    Here we are again @bt_uk , landline so crackles it’s almost unusable and the internet repeatedly drops out , guess I’ll have to face the customer service phone line…..How tiresome #2021problems

    @btbusinesscare Just being able to login to our account would be nice. Been months waiting for this to be sorted out. I can’t get my bill and pay it like we used to because you upgraded the systems and I can’t get in anymore!

    @bt_uk are you guys going to explain why since I’ve swapped over to you 3 weeks ago I’ve had nothing but problems and constant disconnections? I thought talk talk were bad but this is something else!

    @TheLittleChef @bt_uk We only recently upgraded from a Heath-Robinson wireless setup because “the problem with the network in this village, is that it was installed by an idiot”, according to lovely Keith from Openreach who eventually sorted it all out.

    @bt_uk Hello, broadband down since yesterday morning, was told a new Hub would arrive today. Postman has no Hub for us today after husband changed work plans to stay at home to receive it. Poor service yet again.

    @bt_uk I will never ever order with them again and I think BT should cut ties, not doing your image any good. Terrible to not even have a phone number and lying about delivery dates.
