@bt_uk my eight year old mother has been left without a phone due to a **** up between EE and yourself, porting her number to a digital voice . I wanted to save her money moving EE to BT but now she has no phone. I’ve raised a complaint and still nothing. In todays technology

@bt_uk Thank you, Garry, sadly already tried that option. It appears to be an issue with downloads to Huawei. Why are BT apps not conversant with the Huawei App Store? As I've said I tried countless alternative download options. Cheers
