@bt_uk Hello, my router keeps dropping out and I'm having to troubleshoot and restart. This works for a couple of minutes and drops out again. Not sure why this happening, would you be able to help please?

@bt_uk I decide to switch my internet provider in February, I’m still waiting for installation! Terrible service and all @bt_uk do is blame @openreach what do I have to do to get this sorted? Do you think it’s acceptable to wait 6/7 weeks and I’m still no further to a date 😡

The worst service from @bt_uk - been without broadband for over a month after moving house, despite putting the transfer request in 3 weeks prior, and being promised an activation date of 08/03. Trying to WFH full time with only a 5G router and being charged full rates.

I beg everybody that sees this not to use @bt_uk broadband. The most useless company I have come across. 3 engineer appointments missed and useless customer service. BBC rogue traders has been cast. Take your money and provide you with no service and get you into debt.

@bt_uk as your team has been ignoring me for 4 hours I phoned up. Poor lass on the phone had to deal with an angry customer all due to lack of communication. Engineer rebooked for tomorrow PM, let's hope they arrive or will be switching service #poorcustomerservice

@ofcom I’m done with @bt_uk Now your engineer hasn’t turned up to install today. Waste of a days annual leave for my wife. Not even a phone call to apologise or explain. You don’t answer your phones. Shocking service. #poorcustomerservice
