    Well @bt_uk, your sales cold call today destroyed all the goodwill I had from 12 years as a customer. Said they called to offer me a lower cost package. Told me (I asked 3x) the price included all services (we listed them all) I have from you. Put me on a more expensive package.

    @Phil_in_London @bt_uk @NeilParkLIVE I was told that too. Now the service status claims there's no issue and I've had two texts saying its fixed when it isn't. Seems the approach now is just to deny there's any problem at all.

    @bt_uk Claire.. Someone else has just asked if i have a new number! Its weird cos if i ring its fine shows my number as it should from bt, but text shows new number. Pls help

    @bt_uk Hi, not long after this message the service status now says that there are no issues in your area. However we still have no internet, done the usual power off, reboot router etc with no luck. Any updates for the LA16 area, thank you.

    @CherriJulie @bt_uk They're a joke. They're insisting on personal information, and denying there's a problem. They've now stopped responding to me on twitter. You will find you're going round in circles. They even told me to switch the router off and on again!

    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    is going to be saving about £10 a month on my Broadband by switching from Sky to @BT_UK (same package) & thanks to that switch i'll also be saving about £4 on my @EE mobile phone bill as well. A massive thanks to the #EE customer service person who sorted it out for me earlier.

    @bt_uk Just had my mobile nunber moved from bt to ee, when i call my wife my old number comes up, if i text her it shows a new number which i assume is assigned to the new sim. Please help. Thanks

    Why are my speeds really slow today, I'm on full fibre and it's never been this bad! Did checks and they even picked up it was going slow! @bt_uk
