Uuugghhh, my @BT_uk internet has been down since Xmas day!! Apparently there’s a fault on the line and it’s going to take until the 4th to fix 😭 no gaming, no tv and no online business until then! I’m basically living in the dark ages right now!

@bt_uk another fail. Not only could you not connect internet to my house for nearly 2 months, your hubs r so faulty they barely pick up signal & crash regularly. From 2 places in the U.K. Ryan in Belfast from ur CS team is the only good thing you have #badcustomerservice #badbt

@harriet_doig @bt_uk Quite unfortunate, my account got hacked made several attempt to reach the support team to help me get it back but they never responded back, was really frustrated but i was referred to @utopiantechh who help get everything back, I suggest you also contact them

@bt_uk The status says it's having trouble, but with no real information; there are two listings, one has no ETA and another suggests it'll be fixed tomorrow (29th). Is there a way to get more information as to the fault? Is it a damaged cable, downed pole...?
