@bt_uk Yes they are in a contract but when it was taken out my mum didn’t know Dad was going to deteriorate so rapidly. Mum tried to cancel today

@bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

@bt_uk very very disappointing service from #bt 6 weeks of no internet, 4 engineer visits, 2 no shows, dozens of hours on the phone and still no solution. Today another engineer no show. I’m trying to run an AirBNB business and have had to refund £100’s to guests so far. #help

@bt_uk I most certainly will. Mind you it would make sense to rectify the broadband issue in Hepscott or at least build a fixed facility for your engineers who seem to be constantly camped out in the village come rain or shine!

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Going To BT Again 😒Currently Have No Service With Sky UK and have to wait Till The 18TH August For BT To Go Live On FTTP NETWORK I’ve Phoned BT Asked For A Closer Date They Phoned Openreach Your Systems kept pushing the date back to the 29th
