@bt_uk why is the connection in the WF9 3 area constantly dipping. For the past two days it’s been orange lights on my hub every 5-10 minutes. I’ve been home from work 35 minutes and it’s been constant orange and just changed to green then orange. I will cancel my direct debit.

@bt_uk hi, I have a question: I have previously spoken to a CSR & he said that he had "left a note on [my] account" about the issue. I spoke to a different CSR, but she couldn't see any notes. Can i get a copy of these things?

This whole process is exhausting. no accountability at @OpenreachHelp despite the delay now being theirs, continue to be let down by @bt_uk who are not advocating on my behalf and failing to contact me as agreed. When can you intervene, please @Ofcom?

@bt_uk For a fault, it seems the internet and phone line has came back on overnight. No problem, it’s for a senior specialist faults engineer, I’ll let them know that the fault is fixed. Thank you

@bt_uk shocked to see how so many people (including me) have reported your service to be broken FOR DAYS and nothing has been done to fix it. Shameful. At least provide us with free mobile broadband while something is done. We are paying you at the end of the day.
