  @bt_uk Not fixed yet Mat. Can u imagine how annoying it is to get 3 texts yesterday saying 'great news, it's fixed' when it isn't. Agents ring back without any prep at all saying "what seems to be the problem." This is after three weeks. I am appalled. Soviet era service @OpenreachHelp

  @bt_uk Also, if its not restored by tonight besides compensation, ill be looking into cancelling my contract with you once its fixed. Having my line is essential having no service for 9 days straight, is unacceptable.

  @bt_uk Yes I’ve managed to get another booking but it’s shocking customer service. 2 previous agents have tried to fix this problem but haven’t managed to. I’m losing hours at work and it’s starting to affect my job. Might as well leave for a different ISP
