    @bt_uk Hi Mandy, Still in need to help please. Internet connection drops in and out constantly. Seems to be getting progressively worse.

    @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

    Had a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Holy ****. I knew you’d had an issue but that’s unreal. Just build costs of your time and inconvenience into the estimates. Or simply include an invoice for your time and services.

    @bt_uk Yes I have done and I’ve rang you. Also rang twice previously before installation. Still sending my personal information to an ex partner not to mention I cannot access a god damn thing to do with MY account

    @bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.
