@BTCare so trying for the 2nd time to have My Full Fiber installation done. Despite the ridiculous amount of problems this has caused Me & My multiple requests if it could happen. Engineer in attendance is saying He shouldn't be doing it. As it's against the rules...

@bt_uk who insist on the customer viewing their bill online, rather than send one on paper, yet, to compensate for poor customer care by issuing a cheque! Some customers cannot get to a bank!

@btbusinesscare I was hung up on yesterday by a member of your team at ‘customer care’. Countless calls I have made to BT trying to resolve my issue! Absolutely Useless team who don’t care and keep passing you from person to person!

@BTCare hi I was in communication with yourselves at start of wk re an issue & it since resolved however a colleague arranged for a new hub to be sent altho I requested for it to be stopped it’s arrived would you like me to return it ??
