@bt_uk Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to 2 customer service advisers over the last 8 weeks and have told them that the kit was returned. My daughter returned it by post.

@OpenreachHelp It was completed 24.5.22 by two OR engineers- if you would like to see more pictures just let me know- they are not the prettiest. @bt_uk wasn’t interested in this issue saying it’s all to be followed by Openreach

@bt_uk just had a disgusting letter from a debt collection agency for a BT bill that I do not owe because I do not deal with BT. It has to do with a piece of kit being returned which has been returned already. I dislike BT and will never deal with them.
