    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @bt_uk Sorry but you really don't give a sh*t. You fekk up at every contact. Hopeless 'guides', rude, dismissive, unwilling to take ownership, never advise calls are recorded on call backs and now trying to charge me for a temporary fix!!! PATHETIC.

    @bt_uk I have tried to do it on my account even downloaded the app but nowhere to do it it just sends you round and round in circles I am a new customer today this isn't looking good so far
