@bt_uk Hi - I am not aware of any issues in my area. How do I check? Only had BT Halo since 16th Dec. Have been a loyal BT customer for many years and now wish I hadn’t upgraded to complete WiFi. Not impressed at all.

@bt_uk Yes she does have a mobile phone, but that’s no reason not to escalate ! Since she became a BT customer, the standard of service, accessibility of service has been horrendous.

@bt_uk Never received ANY of this information. You were also delayed sending us a disc by two months. Your technician also never advised we would be charged. Disgusting customer service.

@bt_uk you promised my elderly mum a free mini hub on the 19th December and it still hasn't arrived. HELP! She hasn't had any broadband since the 18th. Engineer booked for the 3rd Jan for a new hub which we had to sign up for... we are not impressed right now!
