    Well done to @bt_uk getting us back online with a temporary fix, pity about the attitude of one of the engineers when I was asked if it was working I said yes but slower, was interrupted and told " to get over myself. " Was simply giving a accurate report.

    @bt_uk I e-mailed BT and Openreach CEO offices Monday lunchtime and engineer is here now setting up the line. Thanks for trying to help.

    @btsport Any guidance on how to resolve VC019 error on PS5? Recently upgraded my internet speed from standard copper phone line (8mbps) to FTTP (150mbps). Never had issues until new connection. Plays for 10 seconds then freezes. Can’t watch any live sport 😢😢
