@virginmedia Ha, not unless u can help me get out of my #virginmedia broadband contract? I'd like to switch to @bt_uk please. For past week, my street (N8 0AS), has had either no, or v slow internet and total denial by @virginmedia that there's an ongoing issue. & don't suggest that I call!

@bt_uk @bt_uk So a landline engineer showed up today instead of a broadband engineer and he advised he can just work on the landline but my issue is a broadband issue as I have explained multiple times to your support via phone. 1 week without internet an counting..

Day 36 with no landline & fall alarm for Mum, living alone in her 80s. Will Openreach supply today? Will BT complete their network records update? Will BT replace the copper & fibre order for copper only, without Mum leaving the order queue? Hope so! @WeAreOpenreach @BT_uk

@mpagemap @EE The main issue here is that I am a @bt_uk mobile customer, but they use EE infrastructure. And all I get is "these things sometimes take a while to fix"...
