@BeanZoomy @bt_uk But they would need your Wi-Fi password to see that. By then I wouldn’t be worried about people seeing just your phone number as your network would be compromised. Actual settings are behind a password wall.

@bt_uk Fault with Full fibre not resolved, billing issues also as you’re charging me for something that was agreed I wouldn’t pay for. Two phone calls - first dropped after 30mins on hold, second went to silence after 45mins. Not helpful, I need to speak to someone!

@Tra8219 @bt_uk Hope you get an answer because my WiFi went down shout 3 week ago and they're still not giving out sorting any interest in fixing it. So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job

Why is @bt_uk so hard to get hold of? 2 of the numbers just hang straight up! BT-finally got my upgrade and now have no internet? Going on nearly a week and I’ve been patient but used up all my spare data on my phone now so any chance of it being fixed asap? #mumlosinghermind 🙃
