    @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

    @bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

    @bt_uk What’s the point if when I call and I’m on hold for more than 10 minutes, I get cut off? Why can’t there be a simple button to press to cancel subscriptions?

    @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

    @bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.

    @bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.

    @bt_uk There is an issue with 2FA Your support team are having to turn off the 2FA security and will take 72 hours to resolve
