@bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

Peter Walton "having seen the foul in slow motion it's the right decision". There you have the reason that ex players need to be fast tracked as referees. The game isn't played in slow motion Peter. #LIVATM #btsport

Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

@bt_uk @markwilkinson1 It will also stop working if your internet goes down Let’s not forget you still have low speeds in county locations Yes voice doesn’t take up much bandwidth but when you haven’t got a lot to play with in the first place digital voice probably Isn’t going to work very well
-
James
(@jamclarkey) reported
@TinManVlogger @markwilkinson1 @bt_uk I believe the deployment strategy for Digital phones 1st moving those customers who are on a full fibre service. There's another Openreach programme that introduces copper stop sells when a fibre services becomes over 75% available. Meaning end users will need to move onto fibre
-
Mark Wilkinson
(@markwilkinson1) reported
@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thanks James. Happily I already have a UPS (due to the winter power cuts here). Something else to plug into it now though. The phone - also overland here- was something you could rely on when power was down, but not anymore it seems.

@bt_uk Don't even know where the hub is sorry, it wouldn't allow me to use a non-BT mesh wifi system without messing up my whole network. I'll just have to wait for it to sort itself out.
