    Hi @bt_uk nightmare this morning with yourselves, because someone spelt my name wrong causing all sorts of problems with setting up my new @NOWHelpTeam. Thankfully it’s sorted, but bit cheesed off, wasted my morning sorting it out. And no sign of my bt box which was due today 😡

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    @bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk hi, I'm having issues with my new BT TV box again. It only responds to the remote control very randomly, which basically makes it unusable. I have changed the batteries, but it is still the same. Not been impressed with the new box at all.

    Annoyed isn't even the start of it... @bt_uk your customer service is appalling.... 45 mins on hold to one rep who cuts the call off and then another 30 mins to the next one who transfers me to a closed department and again cuts me off....

    @DEANHDAVID Sure, I have no issues with the fact that there is an outage. And I know it takes time. My objection is to the diabolical excuse for customer service that I'm getting from @bt_uk.

    @bt_uk i'm using ethernet and ive still got very poor connection, it seems my latency is extremely high and the downstream sync speed is around 9mbps, quite a poor connection quality

    @madebygoogle Yeah done all that. It’s a @btsport specific issue because a message appears on tv saying that I can’t cast to that tv anymore. Same for all other tv’s. I can cast anything else.

    @bt_uk Yes according to people who have contacted Bt it's a cabinet issue that's affecting others as well as Bt in the Leeds Area.

    @bt_uk My services are all up and running the only suggestion that might help is moving my router but it’s in the master socket which from what I understand means I can’t really move it from there?
