    @bt_uk Look😠 I've got a good deal and will stick with it. What I don't want is offering something that is twice what I pay now! We the customer aren't stupid.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk Thanks. For some reason my network only shows the router name as an option and then the devices connect to the discs. You can’t choose discs on Wi-Fi.

    Appalling service by @bt_uk. I pay hundreds of pounds per year to you can cannot get to speak to anyone. Been on hold for over 27 minutes. Why not hire some more staff?

    @bt_uk no broadband or tv for SIX DAYS.Over 4 hours of phone calls, being fobbed off with ‘should be fixed within 24/48 hours,still nothing. Absolutely shocking service. You’re not providing the service we pay for-presume our contract is now null and void, so we can go elsewhere?

    @bt_uk I have a new appointment for Thursday for an Openreach engineer to come out. Not keeping my hopes up as they’ve let me down twice already. Been with sky for 25years & only come to BT as you can provide fibre but it’s been abysmal from the get go…
