    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Donโ€™t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs donโ€™t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost ยฃ25.49 month. Now you're charging ยฃ41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

    @bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.

    @EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then Iโ€™m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives โ€˜ look into it โ€˜ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

    @bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

    Shame on you @bt_uk. When people lose someone they love, they need support not to be told their next of kin need to sign up to a 2yr contract to reduce the monthly bills. Utterly disgraceful. Cannot wait to cancel your services and NEVER use you again. You should be ashamed.
