    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk It's for Full Fibre 2 instillation! Got sent a text saying he was on his way this morning (slot was 8AM-1PM). Why don't you have access to info if engineers are no-shows? How can I know if I reschedule the appointment we won't have the same problem again?

    @bt_uk Want a salesman falling over backwards for your custom? Want weeks of complete inaction to provide? Want frustration? Want to be made out to be a liar? Want promised calls that never come? Want to pay double for this? CHOOSE BT.! Want a better service. Look elsewhere

    If @btsport or @sky were to just say they are exploring a free to air highlights show, all presenters welcome and free, they won’t even need to actually do it to get a massive win here because it’ll force bbc to back down. Huge pr gains for nothing

    @bt_uk In attempting to justify your use of CPI in your price increases you quote an 80% increase in your energy costs. This is no justification unless you say what % of your business costs this relates to? It could add 4pence per customer to your costs whilst you increase by much more.
