    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk ... change the phone add-on via my account - thanks for that advice. The issue with broadband which I have previously reported via the account is reporting itself as "fixed" when it isn't, it seems that a slower network speed was detected too but wasn't the main problem. Thanks

    @bt_uk are absolutely despicable. Trying to help my elderly grandparents to save money by switching supplier as they pay too much for what they have. The exit fees for just broadband and landline ALONE almost exceed £300. BT should hang their heads in shame!! 🤬#btuk #bt

    @bt_uk I have to say, I feel let down by bt, you told me to phone which I did. I got told you could supply me with broadband. You send me the router on the 8th dec and today I get a email to say send the router back or be charged, no explanation no nothing

    Hi @bt_uk were having problems at home with the internet especially using streaming services , sky TV and Google devices. turning it off and back on seems to fix it. But we shouldn't have to be doing that everyday it's getting annoying!!
