@bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

@bt_uk shocking service BT been trying to resolve an ongoing WiFi issue (3 years now).... only to be cut off after another 1.5 hours on the phone

  • bloody56
John Blood (@bloody56) reported from Clifton, England

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

  • andy_morgan1956
Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England

@bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

  • MichalNarel
Michał Narel (@MichalNarel) reported from Castle Donington, England

@bt_uk why do you have to call customer services when my 18 month contract is coming to an end and I do not wish to review it.

  • RichardCusackBM
Richard Cusack (@RichardCusackBM) reported from Horsley, England

Poor from BT not allowing the fight to be viewed on Sky Q Mini boxes having paid £25 😩 @btsport

@bt_uk my elderly father’s landline is out of order. He lives alone, is poorly and unable to leave his home. He managed to get an emergency call through on his mobile to the police to tell us

  • Lovemebird
Sharooby 🌹🇪🇺🌍 (@Lovemebird) reported from Ilkeston, England

@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

  • AnneRuddock
Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

  • scottbcomedyuk
scottbcomedyuk (@scottbcomedyuk) reported from Beeston, England

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

  • scottbcomedyuk
scottbcomedyuk (@scottbcomedyuk) reported from Beeston, England

@bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

  • L14OLA
Lia Roguszka (@L14OLA) reported from Chellaston, England

@btsportmotogp the monthly pass on @btsport is down ! This is useless !!! My monthly subs didn’t auto renew and now it’s down !!!! When can I get in to motogp?? You’ve taken the £25 but not delivered

  • Lovemebird
Sharooby 🌹🇪🇺🌍 (@Lovemebird) reported from Ilkeston, England

@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

  • Ashur_Stanley
Ash Stanley (@Ashur_Stanley) reported from Sandiacre, England

@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

  • Ashur_Stanley
Ash Stanley (@Ashur_Stanley) reported from Sandiacre, England

@bt_uk No luck it’s still slow, rebooted but nothing

  • Khanson33Karl
karl (@Khanson33Karl) reported from Ironville, England

@bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

  • andy_morgan1956
Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England

@bt_uk Look😠 I've got a good deal and will stick with it. What I don't want is offering something that is twice what I pay now! We the customer aren't stupid.

  • FionafromYorks
Fiona Collins (@FionafromYorks) reported from Beeston, England

@drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

  • carpediememmie
Emmie (@carpediememmie) reported from Hathern, England

@bt_uk Well they weren't and now we have to cancel our plans tomorrow..

  • mybriteside
Tony Lormor (@mybriteside) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

Again, poor service from @bt_uk, I think that's a complaint every month I have been with you now

  • thfcsimonm
    Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported

@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

  • HounslowParking
    Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported

@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.

  • Fliposteo
    Philip Godfrey (@Fliposteo) reported

@bt_uk I haven’t been able to access my account or log in on the BT app for days/weeks despite following instructions to change user name etc. the system sucks. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.

  • skipjackToo
    Mark (@skipjackToo) reported

    @bt_uk is your wifi down?

  • TrainDriver1982
    Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported

@bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means I’m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.

  • stratfordmark
    mark stratford (@stratfordmark) reported

@bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

  • Zentarait
    Zentara IT (@Zentarait) reported

@btbusinesscare Hi have you guys fixed the issue the web ex portal error? There is an unknown error causing a problem. this was the start of the error but to be told by support im making it up is a joke even with images of it.

  • Aliens2back000
    WTF...😂 (@Aliens2back000) reported

@bt_uk I've been a long-time BT TV customer, but with only the BBC left for news (versus Sky's 10+ channels), I need better choices. Enough is enough! Please expand your news lineup or risk losing subscribers. Waiting..

  • DerekDonkey1977
    Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported

@bt_uk Referring someone to Ofcom when you won’t fix your own issues is not a solution

  • MrAndyMich
    Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported

@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
