    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    Missing. Concern over the missing BT engineer expected between 7 & 9. Time off to wait. Hope the person is OK. At least @BTCare is consistent. Poor at best.

    @BTCare @bt_uk customer in her 80’s moved to new home. Opened the new modem box, electric plug but no RJ11, RJ45 or ADSL splitter. Had to go and buy @curryspcworld at a phenomenal cost of £15.99 for the splitter and £7 plus for the RJ11 cable. Disappointed

    @bt_uk - Any chance of you fixing our landline / internet. We have reported the fault on 15.02.20 and it’s still not fixed. Your app and emails say different things both incorrect and live chat is hopeless. Trying to make a complaint impossible 😡😡😡
