    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

    @bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!

    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

    Deeply frustrating - I'd be tempted to cancel my @bt_uk order for FTTP given the hassle of an hour on the phone. Only issue is that the main fault lies with @OpenreachHelp and I'd still have to use @WeAreOpenreach.

    OMG - so @RoyalMailHelp can't deliver a package & now @BTCare and @OpenreachHelp can't schedule an appointment. The complaints departments are totally useless & can't actually provide any help. I feel sorry for the people there, must be terrible not being able to actually help

    @villabone @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Had the same issues in the brewery including cutting off next doors phone line completely. Took 4 months + for the install. All they do is pass the buck and take no responsibility. Run away as quick as you can!

    @bt_uk awful customer service @bt_uk 30 mins on phone, no help because you messed up I'm not a customer, but you have my bank info and take my money, complaint info - call but no option for complaint, so go online can't complain without ID, but i have no ID coz you failed to set me up!

    @bt_uk Dee - I get it and it's not your fault. This particular system is geared for you to not be able to help me - because it's between 2 companies. You can't promise me something on behalf of the other company and you can't expedite either because then everything gets expedited

    @bt_uk So there was a lack of that information that should have come to me as the customer. Someone should have phoned me the moment 25th October was the new date. All of this could have been avoided. Putting the customer at the heart of you flow would've solved this

    27) Yes, that can take 5 days to get copper internet set up - so thats not an option for me 28) My only option has been to cancel my BT order. How can @bt_uk scale their fibre optic if this is the flow? Im now back on @EE broadband
