    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk sadly 1 hr and 15 minutes on the phone to resolve an issue. Gets cut off from two operatives. Need to be put on a faster exchange, BT keep directing me to @OpenreachHelp who then bat it back to BT. Now closing my account after 26 yrs! BT really couldn’t care less! Sad

    @bt_uk BT Wifi/Broadband does not work with PC but works at least with Mobile. Not the 'Experience' we were looking for moving to BT... But at least we can survive utile engineers and temp WiFi come. Thanks a lot for Your help KellyW!! You made the difference !! Truly appreciated!!!

    Monumental crap service from @bt_uk Offered me a mobile, broadband and telephone package. Have now been told that the package doesn’t exist and I’ve effectively been lied to by the salesperson. Logged a complaint “we’ll be in touch in 5 days” A communications company.

    @bt_uk we have had no internet for a week and a half. With no sign of progress at all your customer support is also telling us to contact openreach directly isn’t it your job to do that? Openreach say contact your provider for faults outages. Please can we get some help! #awful

    @btsportfootball @btsport This is what major teams in Europe were afraid of, this is why some teams wanted to break away and create the Super league. They were afraid to compete, today Napoli embarrassed Liverpool, & I am sure the founding fathers of the Super league will get the worst during this season
