    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

    @JimSpenceDundee @bt_uk @btsport BT are without doubt the worst, most inept, second rate, amateur outfit ive ever dealt with. Just useless. Cut my father in laws phone off entirely - he has dementia so big issue - we only asked to cancel the Sport. Thats the latest in many, many examples. Im with vodaphone now

    @ciacai @bt_uk That's what I thought would happen if you cancelled bt sports. @bt_uk please confirm that if I cancel my bt sports sky TV subscription that I can still watch live football as a bt broadband customer.

    @bt_uk It’s giving an error atm but I regularly get 900 to router, 450 absolute max wirelessly. The router is only 802.11ac, so cannot physically support over 450-500 wirelessly

    @bt_uk I tried to explain this to tech support but for some reason they have ordered me a new smart hub 2. This will not change anything. The router cannot possibly go any faster. The provided equipment is not sufficient for what I’m paying for

    @bt_uk Yeah, the guarantee isn’t my problem. It’s the mis selling of a product. I would never have paid for 900 when the absolute max I get wirelessly is 500, which is the next tier down

    Right @bt_uk your employee on the chat line 13 July made a mess of my contract details, you’ve now cut my @btsport off despite a promise on Friday 15th to reinstate it within 24 hours…..I’m still without it. I’ve been a loyal long term customer..does that count anymore ?
