    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @bt_uk so my services were supposed to be connected to my new property on the 1st July and since then I’ve been massively let down, need my services as I live alone and am disabled, back end team and case manager assure me would be on by today at the latest....cont

    @bt_uk trying to set up a new phone line for my elderly parents. Twice now I’ve been promised call backs….nothing. All they want is a phone line…. Where do I go for help?!

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    Is anyone else with BT for broadband and has been having persistent "DNS address could not be found" errors for the last week or so? Trying not to be suspicious that this coincided neatly with @bt_uk offering me fibre-to-the-home as an upgrade (for an uplift in contract price).

    @bt_uk There's no "delay" my Internet was working absolutely fine until you cut me off for no reason. And then your staff are rude and unhelpful. I will not be handing over amymore of my hard earned money to such a shockingly run company with such a poor service.

    @bt_uk We are able to watch the fight now, but I’m still reeling from the service. As a manager in a customer driven environment I’d want to listen back to my call, and send a formal apology to my customer!

    @bt_uk Currently your staffs "solution" is leaving me with out Internet for an entire week. This is after promising 3 different reconnection dates and gaslighting me by telling me you haven't broken TOC's which you clearly have. You're call centre staff need better customer service.
