@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

@bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

@bt_uk Eileen please acknowledge that not all devices run on wired ethernet. The devices I used most frequently are mobile devices.Thus the reasoning for wireless speeds less than what is advertised is a problem.I will try and change my WiFi channels but this problem occurs everymorning

@bt_uk raised several issues with service which hasnt worked for 2.5 weeks. ordered engineer who blamed line, Line engineer came out and blamed hub equipment- new equipment ordered. Made no difference at all. Phoned Tue and Wed, still no help. Passed around from 1 person to next. a joke
