    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    @bt_uk trying to set up a new phone line for my elderly parents. Twice now I’ve been promised call backs….nothing. All they want is a phone line…. Where do I go for help?!

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk Hello, BT here. We're sorry it's taking longer than we thought to fix your fault. The engineers need to do some further work on your line and this is scheduled for 21/01. We'll be back in touch on 23/01 with an update. What time today? VOL013-555360829507

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @btbusinesscare What about when your connection goes down after 5pm or you work nights? On your website is says the phone number is 24/7 but this is not true. Every time I call it in the evening it says you are closed.

    @bt_uk My Goodness, good to see I’m not the only one suffering an appalling service! No broadband for a week, BT have booked an Open Reach engineer for next Monday but they are not sure if he be will the right engineer. No connection for a week, two businesses dependent on connection!

    Awful service yet again from @btsport @BTCare Resolved a complaint a few weeks ago,which they’ve now ignored & overcharged yet again.Charging me double what they agreed.Why do you have to make dealing with you so difficult? By far the worst company to deal with. @MoneySavingExp

    @virginmedia Go on now tweet your last Annual report, show us the profits you've made and how much the board and CEO are paid. UK broadband services are amongst the worst in the modern world, and the highest priced. VM & @Bt_UK have dragged their arses for decades whilst the world moved on.

    @bt_uk Gerard and Andrew in the connections department refuse to let you speak with a manager or supervisor to raise a complaint. You service is absolutely terrible and your staff are laughing about it!!!!!

    @bt_uk @TheWarrior76 where is your customer support in a pandemic ? normally everyone goes round to a mates house and splits the ppv price... this isnt possible so I think you should've halved the price at least to show good will to your customers
