Please can somebody sort this out
-
Gav Stokes (@thegstokes) reported from Earl Shilton, England@bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...
-
Barraboy 🏴🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@SamArmstead) reported from Quorn, England@McWojjed @bt_uk That’s a lousy way to treat any customers let alone a loyal, elderly customer 🤯
-
Tony Woolstencroft (@RamblinSydRumpo) reported from Blaby, England@btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.
-
JonWoodcock (@JonWoodcock) reported from Narborough, England@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Carol Lord (@CarolLo58903853) reported@bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕
-
boomshanka🏴 (@boomshanka2u) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk shocking customer service by you, my elderly in-laws should have had new fibre installed on 24th July. Still waiting!!!!!
-
The Emperor Son (@TheEmperorSon) reportedHay @EE and @bt_uk, next time you have a broadband outage can you text me that there's a problem in the area to my mobile phone about the issue? I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
-
Owen (@OwenJBlanche) reported@bt_uk sort your Internet out been crap for over a week in our place
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedi absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
-
Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑
-
Macro Bielsa (@Forex_trader_4u) reported@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
mungo's mouthpiece (@MungoMouthpiece) reported@bt_uk Never mind my 'feelings', what about the threats & illegality? 'Reaching out' to a team that can only parrot the official narrative won't help. It's the ones at the top that need to have their dictatorial mentality reined in. I reiterate; it's ILLEGAL!
