@bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

@bt_uk My TV (BT YouView box) has had no reception (NW11) for over a week now - I cannot watch live tv and none of my shows get recorded (however the TV guide still works fine). There are no problems with the aerial either within my flat, or in my block of flats as a whole.

Why am I paying - premium @bt_uk for WiFi... I can’t even enjoy in bed. Renting a small one bed flat. The gaff isn’t big at all. The signal should be able to reach! You seriously forcing me to part with more cash to get basic coverage is ridiculous and outrageous!

@bt_uk I get calls promising the problem will be fixed yet when the promised updat calls don’t come through I cannot talk to anyone on numbers given. Customer Service seems to be just tell me it will be fine while nothing gets done and no-one updates me with the truth!!
