@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

@bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

@bt_uk Me how about you get the existing package working as a decent supplier would, you TOS compensation = 6 continuous months of no service as well as a purple spotted sky while you stand on one leg, me see I knew you wouldn't help, you unfair! we just need to waste more of your time

@bt_uk Got told i cannot have an engineer because when you (BT) test the line it's fine and speeds are fine. and the text service is horendious idea pass that on as feedback please thank you
