    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    Just phoned to cancel my @btsport subscription that over the years has crept up from £20 to over £35 per month and was immediately offered a reduced rate of £20 pm !!! @MartinSLewis I cancelled anyway

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

    @btbusinesscare absolutely unacceptable service from BT this morning. New install of broadband has cut off phone lines completely with no one taking responsibility to reinstate them. As a pharmacy our phone line is essential and this failure is putting patients at risk

    Shame on you @bt_uk I have been lied to three times about having engineers booked in. Three times! 3 days of no broadband, approx 6 hours of calls and messaging BT tech support and still no engineer is coming to fix the problem.

    @bt_uk your service is an absolute joke, we were told yesterday our service would be finally resolved within 24-48 hours, and now being told 3 days. We’ve been without broadband for most of the last 3 weeks. Someone from the complaints team needs to reach out to us urgently

    Wifi gone down for the second time in 5 minutes. Set my FM save upto auto save every 4 in game weeks so we lost 14 days worth of a save including fa cup 3rd round, 2 legs of the carabao cup semi final and 2 league games. Thank you and goodbye @bt_uk
