@bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

@bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

@bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

@PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

@bt_uk broadband WA5 has been dropping out constantly for over a month. spoken to engineer and raised complaint yesterday. You closed it down same day with no response/fix. Awful customer service. I’ve now cancelled it but still have a month of this . Can you please address this

@bt_uk No I'm with BT, have the Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 3+ plan, but as I said we don't have landline so I can't check the status on that website you linked. Do you want my account number? Or should I text FIX to that number since I can't see the BT service status page.
