@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@bt_uk engineer did not appear this morning. Due between 07.00-09.00am. No call, no text, no email to explain no-show. Spent over 21/2hours on the phone- no answer, no explanation, still no new appointment. So, no TV box, no TV. Very poor. Already paid for. May have to reconsider

@bt_uk So Monday 6.13 pm nothing from my BT Case worker since Wednesday last week ring you tomorrow he said now Monday it has gone to highest level of complaints so no update for me the customer who has been waiting 5 months 2 weeks for internet the whole road has internet not me

Officially opted out of #digitalvoice. Ignored and landline still taken away. Since 25th March we have no working phone line from the previous telephone point. The 'new digital service' is unusable. Numerous calls / emails from us and no resolution by @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph
