    Getting utterly fed up with @bt_uk After an engineer came out and fitted a new socket our phone line is crackling and has gone down again and this is stopping the internet from working.

    @bt_uk so turns out your customer service is not especially good. Might be good to train your customer service personal a little, also show the tariffs for #maritime and speed up your systems @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @PhillTromans @bt_uk I told @bt_uk that I would never use it for broadband ever again. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. It literally couldn't pay me to use its services again; life's just too short to battle a corporate entity that doesn't give a shit on any level.

    @bt_uk @bt_global @BTCare Worst servics with horrible customer service. In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    @bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @bt_uk not sure whatโ€™s wrong with your broadband, but itโ€™s shockingly bad, keeps dropping off, so I end out dropping in and out of meetings. Horrid at streaming anything. This is unacceptable, when we call up, you tell us to reset and that achieves nothing. Please sort it out!

    3) What support can we expect from @bt_uk considering we're WFH & now we can't pay bills? Sorry to the customer service reps that have to reply to me all the time but my life is at a standstill & I'm constantly being given outdated/incorrect information & I'm properly fed up now

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve already called in and Irene says Iโ€™ve to wait til next Friday to get engineer in .. again - You Donโ€™t seem to have a long term strategy!? Do you? or youโ€™re not bother to spend money sending engineer out. If this continues I will cancel my contract.

    @bt_uk really not happy at the moment got a problem seemingly sorted just for the same one to happen again a few weeks later and now I have to wait until Monday again for it to maybe be fixed , when Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s not my end with the problem, very let down

    @bt_uk Hi, we are thinking of joining BT Fibre once our terrible connection with @TalkTalk is over and done with. Is there a live chat option anywhere I can chat with an advisor about our options and whether the service is definitely guaranteed here as wasnโ€™t when we first moved.

    @bt_uk Hi, I recently had a problem with my landline. It was fixed but the problem has returned. The line is cracklings and it is very hard to hear people. I have tried ringing you but there is a long queue. Your web chat facility is also unavailable. Can you help please.
