    @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

    Just phoned to cancel my @btsport subscription that over the years has crept up from £20 to over £35 per month and was immediately offered a reduced rate of £20 pm !!! @MartinSLewis I cancelled anyway

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    Hey @bt_uk super dissatisfied with poor customer services... not only have we had 5 engineers out over the past 8 months trying to fix issues with our broadband that cuts out continuously and never holds out the guaranteed speeds,

    @HwatsonBT Please, help. Since 3 September BT cut me off bandwidth & Internet. A spurious request to take my number has ruined my service. I told your fraud team not to do it but you did anyhow. Since then I waited six weeks to get turned on. You cut me off 3 times since! @bt_uk

    @bt_uk 5 weeks later and we still don’t have internet in the new house. BT keep cancelling the order. Absolute shambles. On phone for hours, on hold for hours. The worst customer experience ever 😞

    Is @bt_uk the provider of the poorest customer service in the UK? It is happy to leave elderly customers without a phone service for 3 weeks, it's employees are also incapable of providing information. Yet it claims to care about vulnerable customers.

    @bt_uk I am due to have fibre connected tomorrow but still keep getting adverts for me to upgrade. Problem is I want to recontact something else but can't until tomorrow's upgrade is done even though I ordered the broadband a month ago. The wait is not my fault

    BT: The Ongoing Saga A brief recap - FTTP ordered 20th Sept, Install for 18th Oct, denied by flat roof, rebooked 19th Oct for correctly skilled engineer on 1st November. Cancelled on the 1st November by @WeAreOpenreach due to 'escalation issue' by @bt_uk, Rebooked for today. /1
