In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.
