It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@bt_uk Hi! Not sure you can help, but maybe point me in the right direction, please. Ever since BT changed the email system, mine keeps crashing, takes ages to load & to file emails. It’s unacceptable.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

@bt_uk Thanks for following up. Yes all sorted when I got through. Just frustrating to have to wait for 45 mins and it be the only way to cancel a subscription (but you can upgrade / take a new sub online easy enough)

@bt_uk The other electrical issues isn't a bad suggestion actually, I will test replacing the power strip is plugged into as I had an issue recently with another device connected to it.

@bt_uk I have emailed a complaint in. If you are adding charges to my bill and then are unable to say why they are there, I deserve to have it looked into and answered. If BT fail or cant explain why they are there then BT cannot be trusted. Broken terms of contact, very untrustworthy.
