    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    @btbusinesscare Dont waste your time. Our business has been without any service for 9 days now. Your engineer couldn't be arsed to turn up yesterday for the booked appointment . Your customer service is crap

    @England @bt_uk @JackGrealish Reasonable player, gets fouled so much because he doesn't release the ball early enough. My big gripe is his shin pads or the lack of. Sending such a bad message through to youngsters. #shinpadssavecareers

    @BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

    @bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

    Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

    @HelsS19 @bt_uk I hit them with both calls and emails, so they couldn't say they never heard from me. Also tell them that the case is not closed until you agree it is closed. They are good at "oh you didn't call so you must be ok now"

    @bt_uk We have no connection on our phone line (tried 2 phones in engineers port of master socket), anyone trying to call gets engaged tone, but your auto test system can’t find a fault! Broadband dropping every few minutes. Currently on permahold on 150 on my mobile. Pls help!!

    @bt_uk new hub arrived on Wed and Internet was supposed to go live on Thu. It's not working. Been on the phone multiple times. A fault was logged on Thu. I'm working from home Mon-Fri and can't go into the office. Any chance this can be escalated please as I need Internet to work

    @bt_uk Hi. We had no internet for most of yesterday (router was flashing purple). It eventually came back at 11pm. It has now gone off again today. The issue is affecting my neighbourhood and the wider area. Any idea what the issue is and when it’ll be fixed?
