@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk A new appointment has been booked yes, but this is not my issue anymore, i am unable to work from home and all i get is we will call for a new date to rebook the engineer, i just want my mini hub to work so i can work and not have to take more time off which is costing me money.

Now @bt_uk that the long delayed FTTC order is stuck due to account merging & data integrity is working on it but their system was down yesterday. How long do I need to keep being forgiving for the bureaucracy until I realise the service taken by BT can't be given back by BT?
