So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, it’s dangerous and a disgrace and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
