@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

@OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@bt_uk Oh yes, I'm fully aware. All I want is for you to honour the price promise, and allow me to swap to the Full Fibre 100, 29.99 service. I have no need for Halo, and don't want to pay 39.99, when the same speed is available for 29.99
-
David Coleman
(@DavidColeman33) reported
@btbusinesscare The service is offered as "up to 5 handsets". I think it only fair for customers to understand that it really means "5 handsets purchased from BT". I fully understand not providing technical support for 3rd party equipment, but to deliberately prevent their use is a disgrace.

Chris Gutteridge
(@chr15g1979) reported
@bt_uk Hi Rita - I have, and they keep telling me that they can only offer the 39.99 deal not the 29.99. It clearly states that I will not pay more than a new customer, but equally it clearly states that the offer available to me if I were a new customer is 29.99. I can't get anywhere

@bt_uk broadband service as at an all time low again. Intermittent service for the last week. Considering how much we pay per month, it’s abysmal

@bt_uk I am being told that I have to pay over £2800 for a cloud voice system from March 2020, which only started working in July 2021. When asked to credit the acc, I’m being told to go to Ombudsman. How does that work? Why should I pay for a service that didn’t work?!? Absurd!!
