    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @bt_uk stay connected they say, make sure your connecting with family and friends. Quite frankly, i'm finding it hard as an external problem that has been identified through @SkyHelpTeam has not been fixed since Thursday. This is starting to affect me now good on you😌

    @bt_uk Told my broadband would be connected on 30 Jul. In the meantime a 4G router would be sent to ensure no break in service. Now told it won't be connected until 8 Aug, and no received 4G router. I run an online business and haven't had internet for nearly a month? Come on

    @bt_uk Absolutely disgraced at your service!!!!! A manager won’t speak to me over the phone because he’s too busy, had an engineer into my house with no notice and no PPE! I suggest someone contacts me ASAP
