    @BTCare Yes they are. The router is a hub 5 and it’s blue but there’s no internet connection on phone or laptop. Don’t know if it’s a general problem or our router. Tried resetting, etc no joy

    @BTCare I appreciate that is what should be happening Claire...but sorry it is not actually what is happening...10 days..closing the fault cases without checking fault fixed, blaming Open Reach, failing to call when promised...I have just read the BT customer service code of practice 🤯

    @BTCare You closed... our original complaint VOL013-337703979566 without even checking it was fixed ...so angry...now had to open a second case and yet still no phone, broadband or Wi-fi TV for 10 day’s now

    @BTCare Your bt engineer because of the quality of his expertise he was able to instruct me on how he was going to solve problem. I have now got 64mp. My point is getting to the point solving .I don't think there is enough investment in the infrastructure.

    @BTCare All blue. And the issue isn’t speed it’s just intermittent availability. It can work perfectly for an hour or so, and then not at all for another hour.

    One set peice is all @Everton did with 11v11 and yes @Wolves didn't offer much either but @btsport @DFletcherSport and Inspector Gadget have gone on like Everton were giving us a lesson! It was a poor watch from both sides but I just hate one sided commentators! Scouse twat!

    @bt_uk @BTCare Someone told my mum he would ring back today to sort an ongoing fault we’ve been dealing with regarding our wifi hub, and your help desk has been useless. No closer to sorting the problem and it’s already charged us over £100 for wifi we haven’t used.

    @btsport @BT Why bother recording a programme when the previous one over runs? I recorded True Grit that aired straight after the Speedway Grand Prix and it recorded only half an hour? You're quick enough upping prices but can't solve a little issue like this! PATHETIC!

    @BTCare I’ve left BT. Only so much BS I can handle. Inability to resolve problems, and staff not even attempting to resolve a problem for 5 days until I rung up to find out what’s happening. Then when I say I’m leaving problem is miraculously looked in to and resolved. Too late
