As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    @bt_uk On Saturday I phoned to add broadband to my elderly relative's account. You disconnected her 3 hours later and say there's nothing you can do until 3 March. She's 79, lives alone, has fallen many times and gets Attendance Allowance. You accept it's your fault but won't fix
