  • edmundmlawrence
Edmund Lawrence (@edmundmlawrence) reported from Coventry, England

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

  • MrT222
Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • superwoman10
Helen Podmore (@superwoman10) reported from Tamworth District, England

Disgraceful service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach, @OpenreachHelp leaving my vulnerable 87 and 80 year old parents without a phone and internet connection for 5 weeks now!!! Promise after promise of a connection and still nothing after numerous phone calls. #bt_uk #openreach

  • EvanD
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

I pity the poor person @btsport who has to stay up all night to hit the button that mutes and redacts the in-game sponsor mentions during the @MLB @HRDerbyGame & @AllStarGame. I think I’ll just get an @mlbatbat subscription next year

  • StrideSteve
Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • TweetyPie100
Joanne Whitfield (@TweetyPie100) reported from Solihull, England

As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

  • thematrixzion
    bazzer (@thematrixzion) reported

The @bt_uk app is a load of crap it updates you can’t use it even to turn my kids Wi-Fi back on

  • catallaxer
    𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported

@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

  • Ang_ryScotsman
    Angry Scotsman (@Ang_ryScotsman) reported

@bt_uk Every time I go into the support we spend two hours. They do automated tests from some call centre abroad and tell me that my system's working fine. It hasn't been working fine since November so I'm just waiting to leave my contract.

  • Banksie_FB5
    Gary Banks (@Banksie_FB5) reported

@bt_uk I was told, on Sun, that it was planned 2b here Mon. Then told Mon it was planned 2b here Tues. Now told tomorrow. If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now I’ve had to cancel a job of work “in case” this persists! #unacceptable

  • ah_potts
    Andrew Potts (@ah_potts) reported

@bt_uk @cakey12 Broadband gone down, try logging into the app, do the 2 step verification, then select manage my account and it tries to load then goes back to the login screen. (s there a general issue?

  • Gizmo83508413
    Gizmo (@Gizmo83508413) reported

@bt_uk Done that already. I might be going mad here. It's your sodding website. It shouldn't be down to me to chase a fix ETA on a fundamental problem you have. This should be information on the website and with you, surely?

  • e4290936
    jack250213 (@e4290936) reported

@bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!

  • brian_mcbride1
    Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported

@bt_uk With respect, I wasn't suggesting you look at my account, but simply asking if this problem of BT customers unable to access their account & there appear to be, have BT HQ put out an internal notice to the social media team? It looks like the 'guides' are aware but you aren't
