Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

I've calIed 150 several times now about this issue and no resolution. I have asked for a paper bill and 7 days on and I'm still waiting.
