He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
