@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

I was told that they would buy me out of my remaining contract with sky but here I am £51 down and in my overdraft because @bt_uk only informed sky about the broadband takeover, not the TV. Apparently that’s down to me but I was not informed.

@bt_uk Thanks, but that puts me full circle. They've already said they can't help... So I came to twitter, who just send me back to the number that never gets answered. We'll wait until it's in court, and then excuses won't wash - The law is there to protect consumers, not businesses.

Absolutely outraged at the current level of service received by @btbusinesscare Today they have confirmed that our business broadband will not be back up and running for 2 and a half weeks due to their own error. This essentially brings our business to its knees. Disgraceful.

@bt_uk On 23/6/21 reported to BT that there was no internet connection, no phones and no TV at our address and whole area, it’s now 28/6/21 and we are still waiting for this to be fixed no updates and no service since can anyone let us know when we will get the service back
