-
Emma Price (@Pricey2404) reported from Coventry, EnglandWell @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

Rosie 🐻 (@rosiejones665) reported from Birmingham, England@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.
-
Richard Paterson (@RPATS2) reported from Birmingham, England@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.
-
RICH BAGGIES (@ATID69) reported from Walsall Wood, England@England @bt_uk They need to improve in all areas before next weekend. Take Grealish out that side and there piss poor

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jason (@Jason_g_117) reportedYo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again
-
madmax889 (@madmax889) reported@bt_uk So I have to pay to call you on a premium number from a non bt mobile (I don’t use the landline with you) for an issue your end as never had a problem logging in before.
-
BostonRabbit🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@Boston_Rabbit) reportedSo @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.
-
Helen Wakelam (@HelenWakelam) reported@bt_uk how do I get to speak with someone on the helpdesk about a broadband fault instead of dealing with a dreadful bot over text - disgraceful service?
-
Sev (@Sevka_T) reportedHi, I haven't been a customer since 2024 and today I am receiving texts and emails saying my trial is coming to an end. What is going on? @bt_uk
-
Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
-
Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedi absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company
