He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.
