phil *wash your hands* (@phildalgleish) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandBrilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.
-
Salon Evi (@SalonEvi1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk Thank you, that would be great. It has been one week and still not fix it yet. Very disappointed

Ashley Louise (@Ashie_Moto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@bt_uk The problem is that We don’t have a landline so we don’t know the number to put in and check. We ran the diagnostic through the laptop which told us we needed to call.... I gave up after spending 40 mins on hold and getting nowhere. Not very impressed tbh.

read steel ball run (@booker213) reported@bt_uk That number was unhelpful and still required a login, so wouldn't let me proceed. I just need to find out if there is an already reported error in my area or if it needs to be reported. That should be public information.
-
Russell (@Russell0123456) reported@bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.
-
Keith (@MaloneiD) reported@Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming
-
Doreen Grove (@redpath42) reportedI recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help
-
Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reported@bt_uk I have an email inviting me to sign up for BT mobile phone plan. I was with BT for yrs then you discontinued your mobile plans and past me on to EE mobile. They were crap. Now you’re doing mobile again. I don’t get it.
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @ralphaverbuch but they will put you hold , be rude to you and ultimately do nothing - we are paying for service that you are not providing - answer us on here
-
SeanMynyddLlangynidr 🏴 🇮🇪 🇵🇸 (@SeanLlangynidr) reported@bt_uk are a waste of human breath, and are Olympic standard liars. It's now the Communications Ombudsman, your service is an utter shambles.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
mpc (@Scampicus) reported@bt_uk you have sent me around in circles while promising to get a person to speak to me. Blatant lying and disrespect for the customer!
-
gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported@bt_uk over 24hrs since your bot asked me to text ASSIST to get more help. Absolutely nothing from you.
