@BTCare All blue. And the issue isn’t speed it’s just intermittent availability. It can work perfectly for an hour or so, and then not at all for another hour.

@bt_uk @BTCare Someone told my mum he would ring back today to sort an ongoing fault we’ve been dealing with regarding our wifi hub, and your help desk has been useless. No closer to sorting the problem and it’s already charged us over £100 for wifi we haven’t used.

@benkeenmedia @btsport @bt_uk @YouViewSupport @BT @SkyUK @MarcAllera @richhalton Ben. Just owning a BT TV set-top-box doesn’t provide access to channels other than the FreeView lineup. You’ll need to contact Customer Services and set up a subscription account.

  • mccomb
Richard McComb 🆙 (@mccomb) reported from West Bromwich, England

So, it is now 5 months since I was offered a reward for doing business with @btcare and frankly I feel ripped off. I was promised something that has never materialised. Is this a breach of contract? Because it is certainly a breach of trust. I feel swindled @MartinSLewis

  • mccomb
Richard McComb 🆙 (@mccomb) reported from West Bromwich, England

So I was told by @btcare - following more backwards and forwards, emails, calls while I was out of the country on business - that I would now get a pre-paid Mastercard with £60. This arrived a few weeks ago. The PIN would follow. Inevitably, it never did. (cont)

  • mccomb
Richard McComb 🆙 (@mccomb) reported from West Bromwich, England

Is this is a record @BTCare ? At Christmas, I took out a family SIM and was told I would get Amazon vouchers as a bonus. I think it was £50 or £60. The vouchers never arrived. I raised a complaint in February. This took so long to resolve the original Amazon deal finished. (cont)

  • domster

@BelkinCares Nope never connected to their network, but @BTCare devices have a private and public (FON) network and I will have connected to the Fon in the past on my computer, not on the extender tho. I’ll try a factory reset later and see how that goes

@BTCare Unbelievable. You send out price change notifications during summer holidays and expect us to sort out broadband/phones at time of year children change schools. For the sake of 10-days your customer 'care' team cannot show flexibility on my current contract.
