    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    @bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

    Getting utterly fed up with @bt_uk After an engineer came out and fitted a new socket our phone line is crackling and has gone down again and this is stopping the internet from working.

    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    @bt_uk Expecting. On top of this, I’ve now also been billed for the late return of my old router (which I know will be refunded once you receive it back) but that’s quite insulting given it has taken you almost 3 months to complete an order. Overall the level of service has been 4/

    @bt_uk how is it possible that an order can get 'stuck' and not reach openreach and your incompetent company can not know about it until the customer calls to ask where the engineer is? And then, why does it take the account being switched back and a new order placed to fix it?!

    @bt_uk Please do not dispatch another engineer. As noted, we have had 11 visits in two years. It would be futile to repeat investigations that demonstrably do not lead to a solution . The fault is clearly with BT; not the line, nor the installation.

    This is gonna be my last tweet regarding this, but @bt_uk is saying another outage has happened and 24/48 hours without wifi again. It's getting really ridiculous, especially when I have 6th form work to get done online by a deadline :/

    Day 14 of no internet - @btbusinesscare are still completely unable to solve the problem. Another full week of no business broadband to go, the compensation offer will need to be considerate to make up for this level of incompetence!!

    Morning @BTcare our landline isn't working and we've been given a date of 16th July (I assume this year) for it to be repaired. Is this just our landline or an EH5 problem? Any thoughts on how you can help us in the meantime. Thanks, Robert
