@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England
@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England
@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑
-
Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England
@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

@OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish
-
Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England
@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.
-
Cj Joiner (@Cj_covblaze) reported from Keresley, England
@CraigWood_ @btsport Ah bad luck. A lot of their plans include it on small screen with an £8 upgrade to use it on your TV. Most don’t know it though

Rich (@Rich83259956) reported
@SteRuss60 @btsport And now they’re talking about him being “well within his rights” to feel that way and walk down the tunnel. Ummm. No. Do agree...he’s not part of a midfield that is going to challenge for the title and wouldn’t be near the England set up if he was at, say, Brighton or West Brom.
