    @bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service-25th June was promised “loyalty package” stop going to sky bb/talk. Activation due today, received hub yesterday-still no broadband. Call & ask why told someone went in account 2nd July and canx it & left no reason. Still without BB &no date

    @bt_uk not happy with your customer service today! I placed an order online and price on confirmation email states £20 extra! I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

    @bt_uk after the rude, stuck up, arrogant useless person I spoke to in the week. Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

    @bt_uk No it’s awful. Especially as I decided to stay with you & not leave to Sky. I was desperate for internet back on & was told it would be quicker with you. I received no communications from BT to advise it had been cancelled and if I had not called last night would still not know

    @kpwxx I would check out @bt_uk Kim. I’ve been with @virginmedia for over 20 years and having similar problems to you with internet which is interfering with my sons home learning. Customer service is atrocious “computer says no” so I’m going. Got a great deal with BT

    @bt_uk The wi-fi isn't the issue. The BT exchange only line which only supports up to 2mbps is the problem. When are you solving that problem?
