    Why the #BTsport app so odd I will never know, I’m watching by the Man U matched, & I’m like 1hr behind the live stream, I reach 22mins and it kicks me off and there’s no catch up on the site :/ - if I done a illegal atleast I would of got sole of the end kmt

    @btsport poor commentary team tonight. Ian Darke and Lucy Ward just kept on about Leeds all night, even went through the Leeds bench telling us who played for the U23..Darke actually worked out which one was Neto tonight, last time he was Neves or Moutinho

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk Great customer service #Not you do a deal with @NOWTV_It and switch off your customers packages with you midnight 18th Nov then your offer same packages to loyal customers but increase prices by 110%, if I go direct to @NOWTV_It I can get same packages 50% less #rubbish

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk Internet installed in February. Service has been patchy. Past 3 weeks I have had long term connection drops. I spoke to customer services today. Was placed on hold for 1.5 hours before the line terminated. Terrible service

    Why is @bt_uk TV so constantly rubbish! On demand programs crash, apps are slow to work, user menu's sluggish, and that's with the quickest BT WiFi going!! Soooooo bad 🙄🙄

    @bt_uk Thanks. The outage is well reported in my area (although BT site says there are no issues!), it happened without warning and there is no resolution time which is v frustrating

    @bt_uk your customer service is appalling! After months of hassle setting up last year, we are still having trouble cancelling. We were told not to worry about returning our router due to our circs and now I’m still getting emails about being charged for it.

    @tinamreynolds @bt_uk Apparently, in response to massive resistance and feedback, they've realised they've cocked up and are no delaying this for vulnerable folk. They have no suitable solution.
