    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    @kellismithx @bt_uk BT are 100% the worst company I've had to deal with in 20 years of business! If you need fast and reliable internet, see if @Hyperoptic cover your postcode. I have their 1gb service and the only time it's been down is for about 1 hour in the night and they gave me advanced notice

BT why are u cold calling when a lot of vulberable areas its banned? why not spend the money on debt help over 20 pounds refused when millions will be coming soon.are u going to send us all to ombudsman or just disabled meek

    @bt_uk why dm u when u just shut me up saying horrific member of staff from complaints getting bacj to u then isnt etc .told u she terrifies me.spent 9hrs on phone last two days no sleep as openreach can turn up anytime.u wont offer service since complaining to Theresa. victimisation

    @bt_uk this stress is going to be the death of me no sleep again a weird text from u about phones when internet still broken and no emergency engineer and still no bt sports.yesterday u had me in tears pls treat me with ditnity and respect today having a bad day disability. help!
