    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk after the rude, stuck up, arrogant useless person I spoke to in the week. Speaking to lynn today was like a breath of fresh air, helped me, sorted out my problems, logged a complaint for me and was so apologetic. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    If you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

    @bt_uk not happy with your customer service today! I placed an order online and price on confirmation email states £20 extra! I speak to someone and basically get told tough. Then I say I want to raise it as a formal complaint and I get told “you won’t get an answer”

    @bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk painful experience trying to get support today. Virtual assistant doesn't recognise my account details (copy/pasted from my account page), phone lines 30+ minute wait time. Non urgent query but no way to just email you a query. Will probably just switch provider instead.

    @bt_uk Not having a great weekend because of BT . Broadband non existent for more than a week . BT solution - get ‘Halo’ Can’t have ‘Halo’ because no fibre here . Paying for BT not supplying any broadband . Openreach may fix it sometime…….

    @bt_uk I made several calls and was told that there was no problem with the service. I make a complaint on Twitter and all of a sudden a ‘fault’ was found outside my property and something is being delivered by DPD today. Assuming it must be a new ONT modem as that is what is flashing.
