@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

Hey @btsport I paid £25 in the end, rather than find a stream. I paid for football, not some jumped up little prick giving me a lesson on societal problems. Yes pundits are paid for an opinion. But when they are complete shite, they should be called out. Male or Female #LUFC
