Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  • nickprocter27 Nick Procter (@nickprocter27) reported from Birmingham, England

@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

  • AlexNewbury Alex Newbury (@AlexNewbury) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Adamflea Adam Fealey (@Adamflea) reported

Wondering why i get so many lag issues on warzone and people in different place on their screen, my "up to 900 mbps" internet with @bt_uk is running at 2 mbps. Last phone call to them they said maybe my router isnt great....

  • joshchngs Josh Channings (@joshchngs) reported

Out of the blue email from @bt_uk. “We're stopping your services“ (Broadband, BT Sport). Don't reply, we can't read. Phone us instead. No signal on BT mobile. Second time this has happened - piss poor management.

  • SweenySod SweenySod ✭ (@SweenySod) reported

@bt_uk been with you 10 plus years paying £60 for a identical service that I can get from @Plusnet for £33.50 #timeforachange

  • noww2229 Nicholas (@noww2229) reported

@bt_uk's are so inconsiderate of existing customers. If we want to stick with them, we are forced to pay the £10 delivery fees for the new BT Hub 2.0 just so that they can support the speeds that the old hub couldn't. That's if u agree to higher prices. SHOCKING!!

  • JamieGlennon jamie glennon (@JamieGlennon) reported

Shocking service from @EE 😡 Took out a contract with the @btsport add-on and been waiting months for my login to be sorted. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough! Oh but don’t worry your complaint will be looked at within 2 weeks 😳

  • ronanof Ronan O 🖖 (@ronanof) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk that won't work. You were supposed to be installing fibre on Monday, this did not happen. You refused to cancel the takeover of the line. We were also guaranteed an EE hub delivered yesterday, again, misinformation, that didn't happen, so now we've no internet.

  • freddy2005 paul harris (@freddy2005) reported

@Lilywhite_Rose On Monday they showed it on the planner, but now it's disappeared! Terrible from @btsport just lured people in now they have the subscription! Cancelled in the morning!

  • energyUK Simon Gibbs (@energyUK) reported

@bt_uk Hi, our connection seems have become very poor this afternoon. Supposedly no issues in the local area and the My Bt app seems unable to speak to our hub. We’ve reset it. Can I have a line check please? :)

  • PavementPetHate Vorsprung Durch 💩 🌬 (@PavementPetHate) reported

@bt_uk Thanks yes have reset hub. The halo disk blue after restarting and quickly reverts to blinking red. In fact is red mainly all the time - has never worked properly even though I was talked into replacement hub+halo at previous major outrage. Ie something wrong on the line

  • noww2229 Nicholas (@noww2229) reported

@bt_uk The person at the store said the old hub could support 50 MBPS but the new hub was needed for the 150 MBPS upgrade. The question is why should I principally be covering the costs of delivery of the hubs when they are BT's assets?
