Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

@bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

Was having a reasonable morning cancelling all my husband’s accounts. Everyone really helpful Then I phoned BT to cancel his @btsport account. An hour later and they’ve cut the broadband off as well . Can’t do anything until at least tomorrow. FUMING 😡

@bt_uk I'm trying to connect to BT Mail. I'm getting 'Your connection is not private'. I've tried different broswers (Chrome and Edge) and different laptops. Downdetector shows there is a spike in problems from 4pm.

So @bt_uk, nearly 3 months and still no resolution. 3 months without the number we’ve had for nearly 20 years, and because of her Alzheimer’s my Mum hasn’t been able to call in an emergency! Shocking service, absolutely shocking! @Ofcom here we come.
