@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@bt_uk Apparently if they fix it in 30 days haha you get 20 pound back Talk talk told me 12 days so I email CEO and to be fair he sent engineer out and fixed it in 2 days and gave me a month off or something Not often I praise bb firms Adverts on twitter are free are they?

@bt_uk have had our order cancelled 4 times for no reason. been told will have to wait 2 more weeks which will be 1 month from first order leaving us with no WiFi. Spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve issues. Terrible customer service. Some of us are key workers...
