@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

@bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@Ofcom @VictoriaTimper2 @bt_uk I raised two welfare cases on the first matter but neither was dealt with any faster. The latest error happened the day after we settled the first complaint. They cut off the land line - it came back on after a week but no guarantee of the number they've had since 1974

@bt_uk They are who I've been dealing with. The day after the complaint was resolved the landline was cut off again amd I am being told that there's no guarantee they can keep the number they've had since 1974! After a week it was reconnected with a different number - it is beyond bad

@bt_uk so after agreeing to join you in January, your engineers were booked 1st March, fitting my phone line and broadband finally took place Wednesday, you tell me TODAY you do not have the port space for me to be a customer and your advice is to find another provider.
