    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    @bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk My other half called up and was told the job had been cancelled, And someone would sort it, roll on last Thursday when our internet stopped working, called up was sent a new router which got lost, new 1 arrived today same issue, part 2

    @bt_uk 4 weeks of waiting for an engineer to plug in a device to say all is fine and broadband would be activated that night. Now waiting for over a week for line activation. Promised multiple phone calls back from your support team. Not one has called back. Shocking service!

    @bt_uk …..who took ownership of the problem. Promised a call back on several occasions and Ross was the only person to fulfil the promise. He resolved all outstanding issues. He’s a perfect example of what customer service should be. A real credit to @bt_uk and kept our custom

    @bt_uk 22mbs is a joke, I can't stream nor game properly, I pay for full fibre for a reason. I'm not getting what I'm paying for and I've lost money due to the poor connections. I will send the details over, however I've called more than enough times regarding this I will be leaving
