I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.

I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
