He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

The Openreach staff I’ve dealt with have been excellent, the problem as always is in your BT Residential processes/systems. My beef is with the BT service delivery directors overseeing a broken outsource model.
