Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!
