Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
