@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk I've sent you a DM - no engineer has been today. This is really, really disappointing. I rely on broadband to work from home. Your inability to fix the fault has cost me a lot of money in mobile data. We will cancel our contract unless you fix this very soon.

@bt_uk I’ve just spoken to BT and they can’t find it on the system. It’s absolute bullshit. This is the poorest service and customer service I have ever received. 4 missed appointments, false promises, ‘filing complaints’, not knowing what is going on and doing nothing about it.

@bt_uk And to add to this - reason I am asking is I’d like to cancel my current separate subscriptions to Now TV and BT Sport (and cancel Virgin broadband) so it’s all in one BT package instead - hope that makes sense.

Absolutely unbelievably poor service from @bt_uk I rang to inform of house move in 3 weeks and they cancelled broadband within 30 minutes! Now tell me it will take days to reinstate!

@LynseyHeppell @btsport It was reckless,you simply can't do that in the modern game, he knows the rules as we do. From the side angle it was awful. As much as i dislike Sterling i dont want to see him badly injured. You have a valid point on consistency as Fernhandinos challenge at the end was shocking.
