I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.
