My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later Iโm still without internet. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk Iโve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then Iโm sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives โ look into it โ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
