@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

@rizwan_jalil @SmethwickWMP @sandwellcouncil There’s a real issue across the entire area with @BTCare neglecting their phone boxes. It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

@bt_uk So I’m not on WiFi I’m on Ethernet so there are issues. It’s on any devices. Whenever I stream my games the internet doesn’t hold. Even when I’m not streaming it also drops. There’s another person in the house who also uses a computer. She also uses Ethernet.
