My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
