    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    When will big companies start to train customer service employees to read / listen what customers say, or give them the knowledge to do something other then go off a script. Wasted time talking to @bt_uk for example about a order they raised which means I have to do nothing 🙃

    @bt_uk Pathetic! I have contacted you and them numerous times. You was to send an agent out. I sat in all day Tuesday, lost a days pay. Only when I contacted you, you told me a visit should never have been booked. No help, bluffers.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply Janet, but it seems management must clock off early on a Friday, or they are trying my home number, which being digital voice has also been offline for 2 weeks! 🙈 I’ve called and sorted another appointment but waiting for a manager to call re my complaint

    @bt_uk The engineer who was supposed to come today has let me know that other engineer had came yesterday, there is a bigger issue that have to be resolved by another team and he doesn’t know when that would be done. Please may I have an update on when this problem can be resolved?

    @johnsmup @bt_uk Number of things that can affect down and upload speeds over WiFi John. Any service provider will ask for speeds logged via ethernet connection to router. That's the only way to get something done.

    @bt_uk Unbreakable broadband…wish the same could be said of your customer service. Prices get upped within a month of renewal, we don’t get the speeds and when we contact you there is no reply. A month later a letter comes through saying contact the ombudsman. Great customer service!
