    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    Getting utterly fed up with @bt_uk After an engineer came out and fitted a new socket our phone line is crackling and has gone down again and this is stopping the internet from working.

    @bt_uk The company of Broken Truths, that's obviously what their initials stand for! Lie after lie after lie. Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.

    @Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

    @btbusinesscare Awful service! Over charged as well. To add insult to injury you've sent out emails stating our contracts ended. We have only just renewed it!

    @bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.

    @GabyRoslin @BTCare Oh Gaby, I feel for you. I had the same run-around from Oct to Dec last year, got lucky and finally got someone who wasn't happy with what was going on and she took it on board to get my problem fixed. Openreach were asking me to contact BT with their findings after home visits!!

    @bt_uk having issues with my broadband that this affecting my ability to work from home and was just connected to the rudest customer support adviser I've ever dealt with and my issue and query remains unresolved.
