  @bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

  @bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.

  @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

  @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

  @bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

  @bt_uk Just so its out there, when cancelled today I was told if I rejoin BT at a later date I would be put to the back of queue, how absolutely typical of company who gave me start date then could not supply their service even after a month and four days !! Excellent customer care!!!!
