@wickwarwolf @btsport One hour and a half wait on the phone today to cancel sports package on Virgin Media. If I want to add it back on it would take 2 minutes online. #virginmedia

  • nickprocter27 Nick Procter (@nickprocter27) reported from Birmingham, England

@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • Jamz121 Jamz (@Jamz121) reported from Birmingham, England

@chevyt80 @SkyUK @btsport Dat streaming life shit quality, feezes, commentator speaking Arabic etc all long, did it for years... 4k HD all da sports deya on my TVs. £100 a month not bad

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • DaCraik64 David Craik - EU Citizen - Dinasyddwr UE (@DaCraik64) reported from Kidderminster, England

@bt_uk Wish my BT broadband worked. Just upgraded to high speed on the advice of the engineer & my line "has stability issues" no Internet.

  • StrideSteve Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

  • NearLegalJones H (@NearLegalJones) reported from Dudley, England

@bt_uk Also please could you reply to the DM when you get time there are a couple of questions that need addressing. Know you’re busy etc but not sure how else to contact you this is beyond self help.

  • MsLianC Lian Cole (@MsLianC) reported from Wednesfield, England

@Pukekobird @bt_uk You must be a Halo customer then , don’t worry about the text it’s probably just the systems throwing a wobbly x

  • NearLegalJones H (@NearLegalJones) reported from Dudley, England

@bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

  • Chr1spyduck Chris Lane (@Chr1spyduck) reported from Wombourne, England

@btsport poor that you’re still charging customers or won’t freeze payments while there’s no live sport on. Take a leaf out of @SkySports book.

  • slogan1980 Scott Logan (@slogan1980) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

  • ChrisHa92822089 Chris Hall (@ChrisHa92822089) reported

@R055JM @bt_uk Just had this from Parcelforce. "Hi Chris, our tracking indicates there were two parcels due to us under the consignment number ZM64***** 002 was delivered yesterday 14/12/20 however, 001 has not been received into our network from the sender so you will need to contact BT"

  • FelicityK1984 Felicity Kirkpatrick (@FelicityK1984) reported

@bt_uk New customer here who’s hub has not arrived on time and is now without broadband due to previous provider completing their end of the switch!! Working from home is now very difficult! Amongst other things! Currently on hold for 22nd minute after online chat unhelpful 🤬

  • thebluestspirit Hi I'm Dixie, Dixie Normous (@thebluestspirit) reported

@Everton @premierleague Should just tell @btsport to **** off honestly

  • radioactivemel Mel 💖 (@radioactivemel) reported

@bt_uk this is just ridiculous now. Called and waited in call queues to chase our router 4 times, always fobbed off and told its on its way. Its finally here and won't connect. Your online fault tracker is no help! Have to call you AGAIN. I just want internet 😡

  • LouiseAnkersLD Louise (@LouiseAnkersLD) reported

@Guest909 @MoneyTelegraph @bt_uk It's a Openreach "systems issue" - not sure I accept this from Openreach given I was told a new route had to be made before. I reckon I was in someone's KPI "red column" at BT Openreach so suddenly the install got moved back a week and now it's a "systems issue" hmm.
