He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
