@KateCopestake @BTGroup @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Had a spate of these calls a couple of months back. Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

Anybody else in my area, Newport,S E Wales having trouble with their @bt_uk broadband? Have had it crash 5 times I think on us since Wed. Definitely a recurring fault on the line, junction box, etc., not in the house tho I've been told. Bugger! C'mon BT, sort it out properly pls.
