    @eurosport @btsport why can I not watch the cycling on Eurosport 1 channel 435 , Eurosport 2 436 is not working either. Is is available in non hd.

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @CraigWood_ @btsport Ah bad luck. A lot of their plans include it on small screen with an £8 upgrade to use it on your TV. Most don’t know it though

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    @bt_uk @ofcom @MartinSLewis why has no one bothered to call me to fix my BB issues. BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    @bt_uk ....before they need replacing, but wouldn’t offer a replacement router. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    @btbusinesscare Gillian, I am tired of sending messages, waiting hours on the phone and having to send various emails. There is always something with BT customer service. Which is non existent. I just spent another 40 minutes on the phone. Looks like the charge will be waived.

    @PRoberts666 @AILAHT0909 @bt_uk Only sensible way forward is ask to speak to the customer retention department. They at least acknowledge the problems and try to address it to get you to stay. I'll never go back to BT if I can help it. Thankfully I've a local supplier that's pretty good

    @bt_uk Morning. Issue with Hub. Connection is there but will not accept password. Have tried factory reset several times, turning everything off on and again. Can't text 61998, but can text other numbers, and can't connect to hub manager to turn off smart set up.

    @bt_uk you sent me a new disc. It won't setup (red light), no internet, old disc doesn't work. Text support doesn't work. Phone waiting time over 1 hour. No online chat support. Seriously, how can you offer such an awful service? Can't someone reach out to us?

    @bt_uk Have had no internet connection in Buckingham since tuesday morning, customer service agent tried to convince us it was the hub but it turns out people with BT in the town and surrounding villages are having problems as well, what's going on?
