    @bt_uk Fuming.. slow broadband, paying for service I will never get. Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

    @bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk Hi yes it is reactivated but I was put on copper not fibre and am now unable to work effectively from home due to this. My issue is my start date for fibre is still 7 days away now, this is c. 5/6 weeks since the issue was raised. VOL013-632176345165

    @bt_uk Yes, I can login to MyBT. I already have an open Complaint & an open fault. I want to track that Fault. Your online tracking of the Fault just keeps showing an error page.

    It's almost like people are using 'Black Friday Deal' to just send out the same prices to people and pretending that it's a better deal than you would have gotten just a few days ago. This is poor @bt_uk
