    @bt_uk It’s been dropping out intermittently for some time, your delightful customer advisors told me there was no issues with service despite me having no service. Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk your level of incompetence knows no bounds. You have for no reason cancelled my terminally ill father's landline. He is dependent on the telephone for critical and palliative care. Please ask you customer services director to call me. No excuses please. DM for number.

    @bt_uk Thank you Claire C. The local engineer seeing the poor internet suggested rewiring inside the house at our expense, moved the modem upstairs and Ethernet cables the TV. Then he replaced the Twisted copper pair from the pole to master socket. It got worse. Will DM you in gratitude

    @bt_uk Looking for info on @bt_uk outages? Save your time: "Your service provider should NOT have told you to contact us to get information on a MSO... The service is with them and you pay them to provide you with service; you are not paying us. We can not assist you with this, sorry."
