@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

  • Deborahbham Deborah Davidson 🕷 (@Deborahbham) reported from Leicestershire, England

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

  • OHspecialist Tim Ellis (@OHspecialist) reported from Market Bosworth, England

  • Ashur_Stanley Ash Stanley (@Ashur_Stanley) reported from Sandiacre, England

@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

@bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

  • FionafromYorks Fiona Collins (@FionafromYorks) reported from Beeston, England

@drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

  • ppatel1990 Prits (@ppatel1990) reported from Leicestershire, England

@bt_uk it's a shame your retention teams doesn't have the scope to retain clients. I would happily stay with BT if you could match offers from other providers. Your best offer is £108 more expensive over 24 months, not to mention the £100 new customer incentive I'm being given
