    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk last night an agent just happened to run a check on the line to find there’s a fault on that now...BT you are risking my health and safety now and it’s one mistake after another, worst thing is being promised a call back verbally and via text to be left hanging...AGAIN!!!

    It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk is there a problem with your service in the Aberdare area? My parents’ internet is not working, as well as their phones. They don’t have any mobile signal to be able to use your website to resolve the issue or report a problem.

    @Duckeenie @bt_uk yea my dads in bd21 hes had it for 3 weeks, Internet is shocking 10mbps downloads his channels pixelate. Ruined the boxing for us as a family last night, had 3 engineers, 1 didn't turn up they refuse to admit there's a issue in the area. My brother same lives on same street too

    @bt_uk broadband speeds today of between 1 and 3 Mbps. Unacceptable. I pay for Halo 3 with usual speeds of around 90-100mbps. Tried restarting/resetting router but no difference. Is there an issue in the BD12 area?

    @bt_uk hello, would you be able to confirm whether there are are issues within my area please. The Internet seems to stop working for a few seconds every minute or so on all devices. Router has been reset twice to no avail.
