    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk Tried it. it says faster fibre is already available with speeds up to 80M down and 20M up but that's not what we get ,16down 1up. I'm told it won't go any faster due to distance from exchange.

    I know were in a pandemic but the @bt_uk customer service line is awful, spoke yesterday to the online help who said I need to call in and speak to someone, over 45 minutes yesterday on hold and never got through, today got told 10 minute wait, that was 25 minutes ago!

    @bt_uk never go with bt broadband. One of the worse things I’ve ever done. Terrible service and constant faults with the internet. Worst thing about it is the compensation is a joke too.

    @kestermann @bt_uk @MarcAllera Great but their repair times terrible been waiting for them to repair external fault missed doctors call regarding covid vaccine I told the customers complaints this also saying was disabled needed it repaired urgently His voice changed and said it was not his problem my health🤬
