1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

@bt_uk As you have not resolved my issue but taken me offline, I think it is important that your customers see this. The issue here is that BT changed the terms to a tv package unilaterally. And rather than change the customers to a more suitable package that is as similar as possible,
