It’s been really good that @btsport have shown all the Premier League games today, but it’s been let down by some of the games not having presenters at grounds, no pre match build up, no half time/post match analysis.

  • DistantEcho67 Darren (@DistantEcho67) reported from West Bridgford, England

Anyone know how I cancel my @btsport subscription? Calls not answered, chat is too busy, can’t cancel on line. Any ideas??

  • Deborahbham Deborah Davidson 🕷 (@Deborahbham) reported from Leicestershire, England

    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

  • DavidGrim_ David J. Grimwood (@DavidGrim_) reported from South Witham, England

    You’d think getting decent internet wouldn’t be much of a problem. @bt_uk 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 #getinthebin

@skytv @btsport @premierleague Who made that stupid decision then? Ed Woodward? #WoodwardOutGlazersOut

@bt_uk Our broadband is down in SP3 Is there a problem?

  • io_dal Johnny D (@io_dal) reported

@bt_uk Issue is with the video unit, the sound has gone

  • KevinMuldoon Kevin Muldoon (@KevinMuldoon) reported

@bt_uk I've did all that. Your advisor did nothing. You've broke every one of your own complaint rules and wasted a ton of my time.

  • MelonPrinceToni Aaron Aubeck (@MelonPrinceToni) reported

@bt_uk over 2 months, 2 engineer appointments and multiple calls to you as well as promised callbacks that never happen and still no internet. As new customers we are seriously questioning if it's worth continuing with you.

  • k0nG Matt Collins (@k0nG) reported

@bt_uk @frant101 This problem still seems to be persisting. Devices on 2.4ghz cannot communicate with devices on 5ghz. Is there a way to roll back the firmware upgrade?

  • frant101 Francis Thorne (@frant101) reported

@k0nG @bt_uk its clear as this point the the issue is more widespread than my setup. Multi people posting in forums about printer and sonos issues since the firmware update. What I'm after is an acknowledgement of an issue from BT rather than a shrug of the shoulder and blaming someone else

  • KevinMuldoon Kevin Muldoon (@KevinMuldoon) reported

Another day calling @bt_uk because a few months ago they spontaneously started charging me for a second internet connection for no reason. Lots of promises of it being resolved a month ago and nothing has changed. Worst company I've dealt with in the UK.

  • _zoitsa Zoe Dddds (@_zoitsa) reported

@bt_uk Hi Luke! Umm, I don't know - basically our BT Wifi box is by the front door, and there's no way we can get a cable to the TV (two rooms away) We came across this solution but they're no longer available - so not sure what our options are? Thanks! Zoe

  • ItsAlfieGreen Alfie Green (@ItsAlfieGreen) reported

@bt_uk Hey! Tried to speak to one of your team on chat today but they were useless, there's global known issues with your Smart Hub 2 recent firmware update (version V0.26.03.01286) which stops @Sonos working. Are you going to fix this soon?

  • Terrrrry87 Terry Patten (@Terrrrry87) reported

@bt_uk Hi. Can someone please call my mum (the account holder) ASAP re complaint ref VOL013-577034719017. She removed broadband, got sent a cheque as a refund after the initial error when it wasn't removed and now has it added to her bill again and is receiving collections calls.
