    @bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk hi who is responsible for the telephone poles that the phone lines connect to? My broadband has been down for nearly 3 hours and no advanced warning of this. Apparently the pole has been deemed dangerous since 2020 so this is not an emergency job.

    @bt_uk No internet for a week. Two engineers visits and still no internet. Wasted time waiting in for them to say there’s nothing wrong in property but Openreach issue - same as my neighbours. #poorservice should have gone with @virginmedia

    @chrisrobwill Same. 💯 IMO unifications and genuine world level fights shouldn’t even be PPV. Huge opportunity for one UK networks to own boxing in my opinion. @btsport or @SkySports … fighter also need to understand they are getting inflated fees. I’ll never pay for a PPV again.

    @bt_uk issue still not resolved in the Hackney area and have been without Internet the last 7 hours? Is BT going to do anything apart from offer compensation when they don't fix within 48hrs. Why am I paying monthly to receive no access to services? ?
