@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice
-
chris holmes (@chrish11072) reported from Matlock, England
@btbusinesscare where do I make a complaint to? Your website is useless!! ( that’s not my complaint)
-
Sharooby 🌹🇪🇺🌍 (@Lovemebird) reported from Ilkeston, England
@bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

Craig Hammerton (@CraigHammerton) reported from South Normanton, England
@bt_uk shocking service BT been trying to resolve an ongoing WiFi issue (3 years now).... only to be cut off after another 1.5 hours on the phone
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
@bt_uk what time are you open today? I was expecting a call this morning to sort out my broadband issues which are due to your incompetence. As yet I’ve heard nothing
-
Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, England
Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.
-
Rick Crawley (@RickCrawley) reported from Mayfield, England
@bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.
-
Call the Martini Police (@JohnBarcock) reported from Barlborough, England
Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care
-
Zoe Harrison (@zcherrybaby) reported from Derbyshire, England
@bt_uk we are having severe connection issues this morning is there an issue in the DE22 region we have of course done all the usual checks!
-
Jason Fage (@jfagej) reported from Chesterfield, England

@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec
-
Simon Ferrar (@simon_ferrar) reported from Derbyshire, England
so by email is down and has been for at least 45 minutes - nothing on BT twitter or website. Lots of people asking the same question. Any response @bt_uk
-
Martin King (@MartinK1ng) reported from Derbyshire, England
I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service
-
Gav (@Gav1981) reported from Derbyshire, England
@bt_uk A car has crashed into the service box on Smalley Drive in Derby... I’m hoping to his is in hand and will be fixed ASAP?
-
Jason Fage (@jfagej) reported from Chesterfield, England
@btsportfootball @btsport @GaryLineker you wouldn’t mind if you were not paying £25 a month for it but can BT Sport get the crowd noise on please ? Same average service as last week
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England
@DebKnibbs @bt_uk I shall certainly be taking my custom elsewhere. I can’t believe how poor the service is.

@AndrewBowie_MP @DailyMailUK Indeed. If all the mobile networks went down simultaneously, which is not beyond the realms of impossibility, only landlines would work. @bt_uk
-
Lil Sugarpill 🌟#FBPE (@LilSugarpill) reported
Just heard @bt_uk plans to switch off landlines for good in 2025 Tech is not ready: nevermind internet breakdowns (storms, cyber attacks, IT issues). Mobile phones don't come close to landlines 4 voice clarity, even in good connectivity Fix that first! #SaveLandlinePhones

Johnno8 (@JohnnoHickson8) reported

-
Helen Sparks (@ComputerTutor4Y) reported
@ERantzen @BTCare listening to your Radio 4 interview today on internet phones. I have a customer who was transferred last week which caused her stress & £80 for an extra electric point for the WiFi connector to attach her static phone to the router which is upstairs.
-
Paul Scott (@PDSc0tt) reported
@MarcAllera @bt_uk I’ve got Halo 3+ and I’m in an area that has switched over to Digital Voice completely. I find it odd that although I have EE4G broadband backup during drops in service, the digital voice can’t use it. Would it not be better to allow the handset to use 4G?
-
Adam Swan (@adampswan) reported
Without Broadband since 15th March. @bt_uk have been utterly useless. Hopeless engineer “attended” on 23rd but didn’t fix. Just been told our rescheduled visit today won’t happen and we will be “updated on progress” on 31st. Horrific service.
