    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. There was a service problem reported in my area, but said resolved 4 days ago. Have restarted hub twice. No improvement.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @DedeMac @bt_uk Another example of @bt_uk fobbing off their customers. Reported faults in the village have been “fixed” but keep recurring. If you would listen to your customers your network would improve and customer satisfaction would improve.

    @damiendavis @realpaulsmith @bt_uk Thanks much appreciated. I assume the thin grey cable going from the outside box is the same one that comes out above the skirting on the inside box? I assume that is the Fibre and the inside box then converts to standard network cable. Thanks again.

    @tonythemanc @btsportfootball @btsport Am a liverpool fan, that tackle was a red. Liverpool could not hit a barn door at 2 paces, front 3 are very very poor no excuses. 2017/18 and 18/19 and 19 to summer 2020 they were knocking 3 4 and 5 in week in week out, since there main assist has gone last summer Coutinho ****.

    @OpenreachHelp Can you help me with a fault on our line that @btbusinesscare say you were looking into yesterday? As always, @btbusinesscare not responding to emails or messages, so we’re left completely isolated and unclear on what’s happening. You’re destroying our business.

    @bt_uk broadband connectivity problems for several households in our village. Each gets treated in isolation on calling when the problem is clearly with the box, hard to get this through to customer service: teacher trying to teach, 87 yr old trying to keep in touch, come on BT.
