@mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

@bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

@bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

@bt_uk shocking service BT been trying to resolve an ongoing WiFi issue (3 years now).... only to be cut off after another 1.5 hours on the phone

If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

@bt_uk Your customer service is dire. I have tried 4x's to contact you to renew my contract each time being on hold for over 30 mins. On 1 occasion I got through to be passed to 3 departments and after another spel on hold I was told I would get a call back which didn't happen.

@pablomcfc83 @bt_uk Agree mate. We pay extra for Now TV but the internet hardly ever works for us to access it. We just wrote that off but some days we can’t even watch the basic freeview channels as we ‘can’t get a signal’. We’ve learnt from our mistakes. We will go back to Sky asap.

@bt_uk are you an actual joke? We moved house on 20 October and still do not have Internet. Our transfer request was cancelled 5 times and we've had to call you numerous times to get it reinstated. Yesterday it should have been done, its still not working

@btsport I have on previous occasions spoken with your call staff who are lovely, but there is a lack of strategy in place....on the South Coast, open to elements, Signal always lost due to weather.

@bt_uk My mother is 87 years old. She had a shoulder replacement three and a half weeks ago. Her phone went down on October the 22nd and has still not been fixed. She has no mobile phone and is getting increasingly distressed. I don't feel you are caring for the elderly.

@bt_uk 2 weeks without a phone and she was told that she only be a priority if she had a Life Connect facility. As it happens I had brought her one, but can't fix it until her phone line is fixed. If she falls or has an accident....
