Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care
