@bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

@bt_uk Hi, my WiFi ping is above 50ms and my speeds have dropped to 5-6mbps. It’s REALLY slow and I cannot work online. I have restarted hub and ran diagnostics and the system states “we need to send an engineer” however no faults are recorded under ‘track a fault’

@bt_uk Experian and Equifax both tell me that BT should update to correct the file as the data owner, rather than subject me to a lengthy complaint process that lasts 4-6 weeks. Seems unfair that I’m penalised through no fault of my own.

@bt_uk I'm currently dealing with CS on the phone. I have an engineer coming out today to try and resolve the issue, but I have stressed that if it isn't resolved this time I'll be contacting OFCOM because this has gone on for 2 years. Thanks for your help though.
