Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

Apparently even though it a BT hub, BT disc repeaters, BT Line - it not working is not a BT problem? They won't let me out of contact to go to another provider. #fail

How about if the person she spoke to just took the initiative, saw how utterly shocking it's been for her, had some customer focus and proactively passed it upwards. I imagine there's some kind of protective process to stop that kind of thing.
