b (@shelbybol) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!
-
🌱💙Helen (@BrambleMum) reported from Matlock, England@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."

Stob Rone (@stobrone) reported from Cheadle, EnglandIf you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider

Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandAppalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.
-
Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec
-
Gillian Harrison (@Gharri74) reported from Parwich, England@bt_uk my husband died January 2020, logged onto the account today as you still have his email as the login and it addressed me by his name. So for 12 months you’ve been emailing a dead person. I rang last Year to change the contract to myself and provided death details.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

-
Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.
-
Martin King (@MartinK1ng) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandI don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad
