Simon Ferrar (@simon_ferrar) reported from Derbyshire, Englandso by email is down and has been for at least 45 minutes - nothing on BT twitter or website. Lots of people asking the same question. Any response @bt_uk
-
Stob Rone (@stobrone) reported from Cheadle, EnglandIf you ever need any broadband service especially for gaming do not consider @bt_uk. Persistent cutouts and snail speeds, suppose to be on fibre but feels worse than dial up. Got another 11 months of this god awful service. Never been less satisfied with a broadband provider
-
Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandAppalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.
-
Chris (@PortlandLegend) reported from Leek, England@bt_uk the issue I have today is that you cut my services off and said that someone else is taking over the account. I have not given any permission for this. On top of that you are saying you want to charge me for ending my contract early.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec
-
Martin King (@MartinK1ng) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandI don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@mattharvey07 @bt_uk They just don’t care, they want the money but treat their customers like they are an inconvenience
-
Rick Crawley (@RickCrawley) reported from Mayfield, England@bt_uk hi, my fttp broadband speed is very erratic and generally below my guarantee. Been like this since end September. -
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk what time are you open today? I was expecting a call this morning to sort out my broadband issues which are due to your incompetence. As yet I’ve heard nothing
-

-
Daniel Paton (@dpaton81) reported from Leek, England@Bromer82 @btsport Subscribed in April. The shit got knocked out by Barca. Last night and tonight #priceless
-
Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.
-
b (@shelbybol) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!
-
Kev Fletcher (@kevfletcher72) reported from Heage, England@btsport subscribed at the weekend but listening to #phildowd means I want to cancel straight away #refisperfect 🙄
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up
-
Gav (@Gav1981) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk A car has crashed into the service box on Smalley Drive in Derby... I’m hoping to his is in hand and will be fixed ASAP?

H (@surkdidat) reported@bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Emma Clarke (@ladyemmaclarke) reported@BT @BTcare I have been 9 days without broadband. 90 minute waits every day to speak to guides. 1 openreach appointment. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk can someone help me turn off two factor authentication please
-
me (@shenry1972) reportedI'd like to thank @bt_uk for leaving my vulnerable elderly mother without a working phone line for almost a week and giving such atrocious customer service.
-
Martyn_Budgie (@Budgie0624) reported@TomTugendhat . @bt_uk is the problem
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk So how do i pay my bill? I cannot login to pay it?
