. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@jkdarchy @bt_uk Ok so they've now enabled a phone service on the account? Just that rather than using the traditional PSTN network like you had a while back it's now a phone service delivered over the internet? In that case back to my original statement about plugging into back of smart hub 2
