    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk Over 2 weeks now , your Internet has been more than ****, when you live in remote village you rely on the Internet, when it keeps on not connected is no clever, GET IT SORTED

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @f1broadcasting @FIAFormulaE @Eurosport_UK @BBCSport @btsport @QuestTV BT sport better get their shit together and comfirn a deal. I have a Eurosport sub with my BT Sport sub but I really enjoyed it on bt last year.

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk It's funny these issues are down to @bt_uk staff promising deals to be set up ready for when she moved, only to be told things can't be set up in advance, now the open order that she was promised would be cleared at midnight last night hasn't been cleared so nothing can be done.

    Having wasted all day yesterday waiting in vain for a @bt_uk engineer to install our fibre broadband, I don't suppose that I should be surprised to have wasted another 2 hours this morning waiting for the call I was promised between 10 & 12 which has never materialised. Thanks BT

    @bt_uk can you tell me how the heck the Bt engineer connected the Bt Router without the Adsl Flter??? I tried to connect the Adsl Filter gues what It Doesn't Work At All,withput the Adsl Flter the Router makes noise, no wonder I get 8mb speed

    @bt_uk my Internet is down, my router is flashing purple, I have reset my router many times, reseated the BB cable, used a new BB cable and used the test socket and no change!!! While the hub is flashing purple it clicks every now and again. Is it knackered?

    @bt_uk After ringing up the tech people 5 times to be told they can see there’s a problem with my broadband and arranging for a engineer that does not turn up . Check the fault on my by account which says it’s been fixed . IT HAS NOT . Will be leaving BT very soon ,
