@f1broadcasting @FIAFormulaE @Eurosport_UK @BBCSport @btsport @QuestTV BT sport better get their shit together and comfirn a deal. I have a Eurosport sub with my BT Sport sub but I really enjoyed it on bt last year.

. @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Yes despite 78mbps its awful and we're having problems on multiple devices even in the same room as the router! You're claiming your WiFi is easy plug and play and frankly its not!

@Azrael808 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp The problem is that all fixed line stuff where I live is ultimately handled by Openreach. We are using a mobile hotspot but the signal in the house isn't great. I tested a 5G connection and that works reasonably well although but of course a lot less stable

@bt_uk all my wires work in the test socket but it doesn’t once the cover is back on master socket 5c engineer is complaining it’s the wires not the socket therefore not his problems which is not right

@bt_uk He replaced the cover of the socket and our broadband is now blue but landline is not working properly, he didn’t believe me it was blue so came back in to have a look for himself , its still not functioning like it use to though
