@bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

I have to say @bt_uk have some of the worst customer service now. 25 years of using them and this is the worst I've ever known. Guaranteed 100mb? I've only had 100mb totalling a few weeks over the course of 7 months. Still not fixed despite 4 engineers coming out. Awful really.

@bt_uk what an absolute shambles today. I was meant to move over to bt fibre broadband today. The engineer came and said he’d be back in 2 hours. No one came. I phoned customer services when i didn’t hear from anyone. My switch over date was today. I am now without Wi-Fi.

@bt_uk shocking service, just held on 45 minutes to discuss why Bt tv isn’t working yet again. Third week in a row, spoke to a lady in Dundee, who hung up on me and hadn’t rung back, when she failed to rectify the fault. Still no Tv.
