    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @BTCare My widowed vulnerable Nan is currently at home alone with no phone line since 10th Aug! Your automated email response was not good enough! Left with no resolve in sight. Your customer service level is disgraceful

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    @bt_uk ever since we have had broadband fitted with you we have had constant issues with the phone crackling and dropping out connection. Set up wires left everywhere then a price hike for the privilege. Can’t ever phone as line so bad! They are NEW phones so it’s not them.

    @_502JoJo @bt_uk Someone told me to email their CEO, so I did and got a reply. I've taken this as high as it goes now, to go higher would be having to take it to court. But yeah I get the feeling when I talk to them that they like to point the finger at me or someone else. It's never their fault.

    @bt_uk My TV (BT YouView box) has had no reception (NW11) for over a week now - I cannot watch live tv and none of my shows get recorded (however the TV guide still works fine). There are no problems with the aerial either within my flat, or in my block of flats as a whole.

    @skytv, @btsport is crap! Our WiFi constantly drops out and if 3 or more devices are connected, everything freezes. Fed up. If I switch to you guys, how many devises can we link to the WiFi? We are NHS staff that occasionally work from home so reliable broadband is essential. Ta

    @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.
