Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
