Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
