    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    If owners of the supposed #europeansuperleague clubs want it so bad let them. If we all agree its wrong then @BBCSport @SkySports @btsport & all major sport broadcasters refuse to air it, fans dont buy tickets to matches, how long before they come asking to come back??🤔

    @BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    @bt_uk my wired internet is always down theses past 2 weeks or so an when you ring up its like they are accusing you of lying they just say everything fine in area an with your hub well im telling you its not an its happerning more an more latly

    @bt_uk complaint vol013-706744630791. Ongoing complaint about poor service and terrible WiFi signal since April 2022! Now new acute issue no WiFi . As an nhs home working clinician how much more do @bt_uk want to hinder patient care. Past 12 hr no WiFi ! HELP

    @bt_uk No, had replacement hub abt yr ago I think. Last 3 or 4 mth seem to have lot of little glitchy mins & then it would be OK for while but the last month & bit have found restarting hub has cleared connection issues- or sometimes just soft device disconnect from hub & reconnect wifi

    @bt_uk Thanks - I did. i checked firewalls, hosts file & other bits on my machine. restarted it- nothing, same issue. Ping worked but only some websites load others looked like no internet. Tried logging into homehub & it didnt load either!! Restart home hub worked. 1/2

    @bt_uk Standard BT . Nobody called my dad like promised yesterday . You’ve cut an 80 year bill payer from his phone and internet . And made him miss 2 appointments regarding his cancer treatment . You service is abhorant

    @bt_uk can you cancel a contract early. I have until june but cannot cope any longer with the terrible Internet, obviously I've been told if I pay a lot more it will be better!
