  • Amy_Followme_T Amy Roots Music (@Amy_Followme_T) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@BTCare My widowed vulnerable Nan is currently at home alone with no phone line since 10th Aug! Your automated email response was not good enough! Left with no resolve in sight. Your customer service level is disgraceful

  • 95Parsonage JP🃏 (@95Parsonage) reported from Wellingborough, England

You know it’s bad when the @btsport commentators gave Oglethorpe a run for a his money tonight #ntfc

  • HayleyWhite36 Hunnybun's Bracelets (@HayleyWhite36) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@bt_uk I’m still waiting for you to tell me how you managed to get hold of my address & put it on your mailing lists!!! Telling me your taking it off your lists isn’t quite good enough when I never gave you my address in the first place 😡

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

  • markwilsonit Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

  • lauraj_cook Laura Cook (@lauraj_cook) reported from Tiffield, England

@bt_uk I will DM our account details but as in my original tweet we are pub (already horrendously struggling this last year) and we lost hundreds of pounds last night and Friday though the incompetence of your service… THIS CANNOT CONTINUE

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk All you tweet about is stopping work and the weekend. That's exactly what I have encountered from your staff's attitude to work. BT Culture stuff the customer its nearly the Weekend.

  • skinner_brendon Brendon Skinner (@skinner_brendon) reported from Spratton, England

If owners of the supposed #europeansuperleague clubs want it so bad let them. If we all agree its wrong then @BBCSport @SkySports @btsport & all major sport broadcasters refuse to air it, fans dont buy tickets to matches, how long before they come asking to come back??🤔

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

  • HawkieHawkins96 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭 (@HawkieHawkins96) reported from Rushden, England

So @SkySports felt United with the fans over the Super League, died this mean you’ll stop ripping off your customer with extortionate prices? Same goes to @btsport

  • Jnthn_Mtchll Jonathan Mitchell (@Jnthn_Mtchll) reported from Roade, England

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

  • BrotherCharles Charlie Fenner (@BrotherCharles) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@bt_uk just checked on your website for broadband issues. My area (Kingsthorpe) isn’t listed but my broadband has dropped out 4 times this morning. Is this related to the current issue listed on the website or could it be something else?

  • simoneperrin123 Simone Perrin (@simoneperrin123) reported from Wellingborough, England

  • ChristianJW1968 Chris/shortforChristian😁❤ (@ChristianJW1968) reported

Good news today that BT prices are increasing by over 10%. Nothing added to the service. Just one of those things. Billions of pounds of profit - just not quite enough. Thanks @bt_uk

  • daniel130491253 daniel-14 (@daniel130491253) reported

Banned again on siege because @bt_uk is the biggest bag of ****, constantly ******* disconnecting. It took them a week and a half to fix a ******* cable, customer service is ran by a bunch of brain dead ***** who don’t even answer the phone.

  • someotherfella1 ToriesLie (@someotherfella1) reported

@bt_uk Just double checking. This fault has been live since 21st Feb. A complaint since 24th Feb. No one from #bt @bt_uk has called me back despite repeated promises. I am on ‘guaranteed’ ‘unbreakable’ Wi-Fi. It’s been broken for 2 weeks and I am losing money now as well as service

  • eledoya77 Eledoya77 (@eledoya77) reported

@bt_uk have been kept on hold for over 30 minutes! How is this acceptable. This is the first time I have used your service and I already regret it!!

  • DJMorganYORKS David Morgan (@DJMorganYORKS) reported

@EE you're increasing my mobile bill by CPI inflation +3.9% every year...because Ofcom is stopping you doing things like this without allowing me to cancel after 1 June 2022. @bt_uk morally bankrupt Don't be fooled people. Take your business elsewhere. #inflation

  • AndyMcknight67 Andy Mcknight (@AndyMcknight67) reported

@btsport @btcomplaints I have been billed for using BT sports since last May and have not used it once since then. I called today and was shut down when I asked to check my usage as I understood it had been cancelled. Over £200 to BT for zero in return

  • ChristianJW1968 Chris/shortforChristian😁❤ (@ChristianJW1968) reported

@bt_uk Nothing justifies price rises of over 10%. You can take a little less profit. You can simply use CPI - no need to add an extra 3.9%. Your service to me won't get 10% better will it?

  • Adam_Smith_82 Adam Smith (@Adam_Smith_82) reported

Absolute swizz from @BTCare. A new customer signing up today would get Full Fibre 500 for £22.49 per month for 3 months then £44.99 after that. As an existing customer, my price is going up 9.3%, so I’ll end up paying nearly £10 more for Full Fibre 300. An absolute con. Avoid.

  • richardajwilson spursmanrich (@richardajwilson) reported

After my elderly parents (85 & 91) being without their @virginmedia phone line with absolutely no support at all, it’s now good. Thank you @bt_uk for such a speedy and professional installation. 👋🏼 @virginmedia , you are useless.

  • Briannicus Brian Hunt (@Briannicus) reported

@virgilone3 @bt_uk @BTGroup Move to Zen and tell BT where to stuff their broadband. I did and can recommend Zen. Better service at less than half the price. Don't hesitate.
