@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

@bt_uk called yesterday, 21st, to cancel BT Sport at the end of my current payment, 27June. But BT cancelled immediately! What the heck! Robbed of six days!

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

@bt_uk Well with one device connected and actively using internet, plus the fact I've made sure there's no other interference, why else would it be dropping? Yes it's wifi, 99% of what people use is wifi and I'm getting tired of issues like this.

Good morning @bt_uk My father is elderly & lives alone. We have a long-term missing relative. For these reasons we never turn off phone & don't want any call to go unanswered. But we are being bombarded by bot calls in early hours. What can be done. (Been on TPS for many years)
