@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@BTCare My widowed vulnerable Nan is currently at home alone with no phone line since 10th Aug! Your automated email response was not good enough! Left with no resolve in sight. Your customer service level is disgraceful

@bt_uk the most horrendous service from BT with them cutting off our talk talk broadband & phoneline, leaving us without wifi for 4 weeks!! We have costs of more than £2500 now!! No complaint procedure or email & have been told a manager would ring 5 times now!!!! Still nothing!

1/4 I have just had a call back from a senior member at @BTCare from a complaint I logged with the CEO who advised that he would get the issue resolved! The senior member that has just called me insists that there are no issues with the BT network and nothing has been reported...

@bt_uk my mother has had 6 spam calls this morning. She spoke to 3 different members of your staff trying to remove the number from your online phone book (having been told before she is not on it- she is). No one knows how to remove the number. Pls help. Completely ridiculous.
