@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

@bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

@bt_uk I got one of those advanced home phone things with my new full fiber 900 service and the phone is useless. The batteries are constantly saying battery flat. It's never left the holder. Lasts 30 seconds off charge. It's clearly defective how do I get a replacement?

@btsport’s catchup service of #WWE is ****. It always ends way too early so I have to watch the ending illegally. Friday night on #SmackDown was the worst it’s ever been, just as Roman Reigns was starting to antagonise Edge, it cuts the video short. Shite. @btsportwwe
