-
Saintsman99 👼 (@Saintsman99) reported from Northamptonshire, England@btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬
-
Adam Johnson (@AdamJohnson2000) reported from Brackley, England@bt_uk fix your servers I want to play warzone, I think u owe me a refund for lost of play
-
Sean Breslin (@brezsean) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandThis is the logic of a man actually employed to discuss football. At some point rather than producing clickbait think of how you can help your @SkySports or for that matter @btsport subscribers who in 2 months time might not be able to afford your product.
-
Ray Farmer (@scale_143) reported from Milton Keynes, England@bt_uk is there a problem with broadband in the Milton Keynes area
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.
-
Hunnybun's Bracelets (@HayleyWhite36) reported from Northamptonshire, England@bt_uk I’m still waiting for you to tell me how you managed to get hold of my address & put it on your mailing lists!!! Telling me your taking it off your lists isn’t quite good enough when I never gave you my address in the first place 😡
-
☕ Gary Warden ☕ (@merchandiseman) reported from Buckingham, England@bt_uk Hi BT. Today I have mainly stayed in all day waiting for an engineer to turn up on a prebooked appointment which was confirmed by text earlier in week. No answer on you customer service numbers. Poor service

-
Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England@Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

-
Beccy Herbert (@BeccyHerbert) reported from Milton Keynes, England@bt_uk why is the internet/WiFi so bad today? Shockingly ineffectual.
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England@bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.
-
Beccy Herbert (@BeccyHerbert) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandIs anyone else in #miltonkeynes experiencing terrible internet connection via @bt_uk ? It’s been awful yesterday and today.
-
Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England@bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.
-
Mike Wagg (@thewaggster_) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandCommon sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.
-
Cliona (@lewis14cliona) reported from East Haddon, EnglandReally disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?
BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Simon Roxburgh (@SimonRoxburgh) reported@bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.
-
John Upham (@jeupham) reported@WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!
-
Ben (@benjaminpooleok) reported@btbusinesscare Don't bother awful company
-
Ben Thompson (@BenBonj) reportedIsn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
-
moz💤 (@tinnie31) reported@bt_uk I’ve had numerous engineers out now but the issue is with the corroded line
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
-
Victoria Sutton (@vickiadhmsutton) reportedShame on you @bt_uk. When people lose someone they love, they need support not to be told their next of kin need to sign up to a 2yr contract to reduce the monthly bills. Utterly disgraceful. Cannot wait to cancel your services and NEVER use you again. You should be ashamed.
-
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk are literally the worst
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
John O'Connor (@thereal_JOC) reported@bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.
