@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

@bt_uk yesterday OpenReach turned up unannounced, fitted a box in our hall, it’s wobbling and loose. Butchered our cables, left us one short. Now internet doesn’t work. Been calling all morning, nobody answers phone. Please help
